  • Scared of Snow

I was chatting with a friend the other day. She was telling me about a child that was scared of the snow. Not surprisingly the Lord has given us the answer in the King James Bible.

Proverbs 31:21 She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet.

We found proof that this works in this video

The child that did not have a scarlet coat was clearly scared of the snow. While the other child in a scarlet coat was very happy.
Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth
Proverbs 19:25 Smite a scorner, and the simple will beware: and reprove one that hath understanding, and he will understand knowledge.
Ezekiel 16:14 And thy renown went forth among the heathen for thy beauty: for it was perfect through my comeliness, which I had put upon thee, saith the Lord GOD.
Proverbs 6:25 Lust not after her beauty in thine heart; neither let her take thee with her eyelids.
Genesis 24:16 And the damsel was very fair to look upon, a virgin, neither had any man known her: and she went down to the well, and filled her pitcher, and came up.
Song of Solomon 1:15 Behold, thou art fair, my love; behold, thou art fair; thou hast doves' eyes.

So simple, God's words in action.

Remarkable! I assume that such scenes are repeated throughout Christendom each winter in fulfilment of the prophecy.

This is a great example of the Bible use in the currents days.

        Did you told him/her that?
Gays are an abomintation. Want any proof?

Praise the LORD, he has always provided the answers before we even have the chance to ask.

Excellent research, I'm sure your Bible doesn't get a minutes rest!

"But Mr. Winner, if GOD loves everyone then why is there so much suffering in the world?"

Because GOD doesn't love everyone. Too many people have this absurd idea in their heads that GOD is all loving.
If he was all loving, then murderers, thieves and homosexuals would be waiting for you in Heaven.

It could be the bible has proved itself, OR that small kid that didnt like the snow is showing his individual personality and showing that he would rather be in the warm house where it is more comfortable for him. Which one makes more sense?

              The Bible proved itself correct.

So typical, once there is a stupic coincidence it's always a message from god or something, but really? A prophecy?

Get real, it's just two kids in snow.

You can clearly see how God has spoken to us through the Bible.

HA, that is so hilarious. your telling me that, the kid who doesnt like snow, only hates it because he is not wearing the same color his sister is wearing? How exactly do you prove that it is not this kid's free will and free mind to cause him to not like the snow. He probably would have cried to if we switched him to the same color of his sister

I have shown that what the Bible says is true. You atheists are all alike, you say the Bible is irrelevant because it was written thousands of years ago, but when shown how it applies equally today you still deny it.

it may apply because it coincidence but that still doesnt prove anything. this kid is just showing that he dislikes the snow. This is in no way applies that the bible is showing truth. Its all about this kids free will.

It is no coincidence at all, the video clearly demonstrates what the Bible says. Is it that hard to understand.

You're making a massive assertion here without anything to back it up. Lisa supported her claim with conclusive proof, so the least you can do is prove the existence of free will before you try and use it as part of your argument.
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.

Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.
