Maybe the Bible doesn't say it directly but you do ignore parts of the Old Testament. Leviticus 19:27 says "Do not cut the hair at the sides of your head or clip off the edges of your beard." You look pretty clean shaven to me; does that mean I'll be seeing you in hell?

They WERE being attacked. He had AIDS or was trying to get AIDS. AIDS is dangerous to society at large and could kill many, many people. Where do you get the word "shaving" out of that verse?

Sheppard's killers were not truly "murderers". He was intentionally trying to turn them away from God, and have them sent to Hell with him. While the sodomite was brought to God's justice his victims were persecuted and discriminated against in the court.
