I wonder if he's a suicide risk. He came to my room Tuesday night at the Landover Hyatt Regency to watch the returns on Fox News. It was our only chance to speak as I was returning to Moscow in the morning and he was eager to get one last taste of my borscht. Plus I wanted to fellowship with him because sometimes I think he is a little conflicted.
Then around 9 pm Levy Johston called from Alaska. He was really excited about the elections and wanted to know if he still had to marry this Bristol girl. We have had an e-mail echange for weeks now about some of his problems and demons (all of which will remain confidential; suffiice it to say that Levy is a very sensual person who is very young and going through a stressful period at this time).
I had my hand down in my Bible and was sort of flipping the pages back and forth absentmindedly as I listed to Levy's voice when J.H. came out of the shower. When he heard me talking to Levy, he went a little bit nuts and got dressed and fled into the cold Iowa night with wet, uncombed hair.
I have NO IDEA what his problem was and I couldn't understand him. I suspect drugs.
I could not go after him because Levy and I needed to pray together. (I think this Bristol thing is going to work out for the best.)
I am back in Moscow now returning to my Christian mission, but if you need any more information, Brother BJ, let me know. I am praying for Jesus to return Brother J.H.'s heart He's an ex-gay and I am afraid he's back on dope and hanging out with homosexuals, liberals, and druggies.
(Note: I think it might have started before the election even because he turned down my invitation to the McCain victory party even BEFORE voting began. Plus, he had the tell-tale round shape of an Obama button in the back pocket of his dockers when he dropped by.)
