Dear Mr. Bear, Obviously you and this Holy Board have gotten off on the wrong foot. As a member of the NHS and Spanish Honors Society at your school, I'm sure you regret that happening and would like to wipe the slate clean and start again.

I do believe that we have gotten off on the wrong foot, but unfortunately this cannot be healed. I have seen some of the most racist and hateful things I have ever seen posted by your "respected" members.

It shouldn't be about who is wrong and who is right, because in this case both sides can be right. All I am asking is that you simply act like the Christians you claim to be and show compassion and love. That is the basis of Christianity, and I am deeply saddened to see that some people have not discovered that.

DaBear, it is good to see someone at your age thinking thoroughly through every situation which presents itself to you.

Everyone else who has been bashing, please stop. I don't understand how you can spread such slander and talk so much TRASH on these people, and at the same time call yourself devout Christians. God commanded us to love each other, and to put yourself second. Can't you see that every ignorant word which comes out of your mouth is driving non-believers furthur away from the truth? Why would you want to be a Christian if all they do is judge and talk bad about others?

I have been a Christian my entire life and I am ashamed at the way I have seen some of you ADULTS respond to what you see on these forums.

Let me introduce ourselves. We're True Christians(tm) who follow our Lord Jesus Christ and His revealed Word in the King James 1611 Bible. If that's tough for you to swallow, maybe God's trying to feed you something. Think about it.

If you want to inquire of our spiritual truth regarding matters Godly or secular, ask your question as succinctly and directly as possible. We have short attention spans.

This is not a debate forum, DaBear. Now, I'm sure if you google "christian debate forum" you will find a hundred other sites which will welcome your arguments and engage in a meaningful and erudite discussion with you. However, this is NOT a debate forum, the people of Landover here use this forum for praising the glory of Jesus Christ and the joys of being a True Christian™.

If you all sincerely have a problem with me coming in here and ASKING for a debate then you can simply ignore me. If you feel I am encroaching on your abilities to worship then tell me this and I will leave or stop what I was saying, but in order for me to encroach on your abilities to worship it would require me to do something entirely malicious and spiteful, which is not at all what I am here to do.

As far as the aspect of how bills are passed, yes. There is no twisting of how that works, it is set in stone by the laws of the US and the Constitution. As for the politics, that is always able to be twisted one way or another, I know that.
