What will you say to Jesus when you see Him?

Today, I was reflecting upon Sister Victory and Officer Richards' wedding.

We all waited in the reception line to give them our congratulations. I don't know about you, but I was still figuring out exactly how to phrase what I wanted to express while waiting my turn.

When the time came, I was all ready!

I imagine when we get to Heaven, there will be millions lined up to meet Jesus in person for the first time. A vast, miles-long receiving line.

We'll take our place, and see Him way off in the distance! As the weeks and months pass, we'll patiently wait as gabby Gertrudes talk His Holy Ear off. Eventually, after a couple of years, we'll work our way to within earshot, then finally get to speak to Him, face to face, for the first time ever.

What will you say? What will you ask?

There's really no way to express such gratitude and love in words, is there?

If He's so forgiving that He allows you to enter His Kingdom, then yes, I can imagine you'd be speechless with gratitude.

All I know is that if I forget anything I wanted to say or ask Him the first time, I'm sure I'll remember in a thousand years or so. If not, maybe in a million or a billion years it'll come to mind. Heck, if it takes a billion billion years, that's okay because we'll have eternity.

This is relevant to me, i am not a young boy.

        Glory!

I do not have any question because I can see His Face.

That's awfully harsh seeing as you know basically nothing about me!

Probably scream a like a little school girl and say something stupid.

I wouldn't say a word. Just bend over and kiss His feet! I could do that for all eternity too, imagine! Lord, please let me into paradise, I want nothing better than that!

Re: What will you say to Jesus when you see Him?

I do not think I'd ever speak to him. I'd let my fellow True Christian™ go ahead of me.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Re: What will you say to Jesus when you see Him?

There used to be many things I wanted to ask him. The biggest was where did God come from? After I was saved I know this answer and many many more.

He is All Forgiving and all Grace. What comes with grave? It should be Gratitude. That's all that he wants from you. And for you to Love Truly One Another.

I Would Just Say Thank You. Just as You Should. He Already Knows you Love Him.

Thank You is all that he Wants of You. Not How Come.
