It just feels everyone here has got off on the wrong footing. Well, see here's the way I see it, Rev. Jim. May I call you Rev. Jim?

If I give out the name to my Church, or the name of my pastor, anybody can run a google search. This would bring up names, addresses, and phone numbers. I don't want people who I don't know to have that kind of information. I feel that it is within my rights to keep that information away from people who I don't trust.

On what basis have you come to the conclusion that you are "good" and we are "bad"?

God is the creator and therefore He decides what is good and what is bad. As devote followers of the Holy Bible we receive our morale direction from an objective source. One can only surmise that your ideals of good and bad are wholely subjective. So again I must ask how do you get off dictating to us that we are somehow bad people simply because our beliefs contradict yours? Who are you that your personal likes and dislikes are any more the Truth than any other human beings? Is your ego really so big?

We receive our morale values from God - an OBJECTIVE source. We do not flaunt opinions. We deal in facts and absolutes.

You simply take your own personal likes and dislikes - SUBJECTIVE beliefs - and then assert that you personal ideologies are somehow more valid than another human beings personal ideologies. As if to say you are somehow better than everyone else.

How is that hypocrisy? The BIBLE tells us anyone who has their own opinion is going to Hell! Can you show me Scriptural verse where it says you can think what you want about the Word of God and draw your own opinions and conclusions?

What you fail to comprehend is that those who do not believe in Christ will be burned alive in the fires of Hell for all eternity because such a choice is immoral per the OBJECTIVE dictates of the Creator. Therefore, we are correct to rebuke people, like yourself for instance, who do not believe in the Word of God. It would be hateful for us to not inform you of the Truth.

We see a world gone astray. Everyone is blindfolded and marching forward into an active volcano and we are doing everything in our power to save the ignorant masses who are blinded to reality. They are all feeling about trying to figure their own way out, but only Jesus can remove the blindfold. It would be dispictable if we just sat back and let them wonder into the volcano.

If I have to offend some sensitive people to save their souls then so be it. It's a small price to pay.

If God created us all (and I do believe he did) why would he give us the ability to think freely if he didn't want us to do it?

I understand the reprocussions of believing in a different God, but I'm not about to go preach my God to someone. That's their life, they should be in control of it.
