Perhaps you can explain why The first amendment to the U.S. Constitution should be blocked.

I can understand why Homestar Runner is listed, but why is Pastor Fred Phelps blocked?

The site is a parody, a form of satire. Truly objectionable sites such as that of Fred Phelps are listed, along with other sites such as the First Amendment for "offensive political material" - presumably that whole establishment of religion bit....the point being that no matter who you are, you can find something to be offended about in anything if you look hard enough. For example, calling the Food Network porn because it mentions chicken breasts.
