Look, I'll be the first to admit that some of the details of these particular wrongful deaths to be unusual, but remember, the Good Books tells us that The Lord Works In Mysterious Ways - so that means when something unusual happenes, it's obviously the work of the LORD. Clearly Jesus withdrew his protection of the Schroeders because He wanted to send a message to us.
Now what message did Jesus want to send us? Frankly I'm baffled.
It could have been anything. There are a lot of commandments in the Bible. It could have even been, just for example, related to certain statements made during that whole spitstorm/debate about the 2008 election and so on.
I guess we all have to think very carefully about just what message Jesus is trying to send us. We should THINK VERY CAREFULLY. After all, as Bush said after 9/11: "you'd better watch what you say, you'd better watch what you do".
