Well those are certainly inspiring lyrics! I can understand why the youth today like this kind of poetry. It's raw. It's base. It's like finding God's Wrath in the most unexpected of places. However, I must say, there's really no improving the original. Jesus tells us when He unleashes His Divine Fury, things won't blow up, they'll be drowning in the blood of heathens!

And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.

2. Drums are the instruments of satanists, devil worshipers and pagans, and should never be listened to. The rhythm has been proven to have a brainwashing effect on children, and slowly converts them to satanism. If you hear drums, block your ears! I cannot stress this enough.

Drums are Evil, in other genres as well. Here are a couple of drummers from that other degenerate, African American influenced style known as Jazz. It was only through the help of that I was finally able to break free of its spell. Now I am strong enough to show these, they disgust me. Notice the faces, pure malevolence.

Verily, Mr. Schlangern, we must be vigilant against any kind of rhythms that may induce fornicatory associations in susceptible young youthful minds of adolescents. If I may, I'd like to add a couple of observations. All kinds of percussion instruments per se are not necessarily evil:

Psalms 150:5
Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.

This verse teaches us two pivotal things about percussion and Praise.1) The intention has to be Worship and Praising Jesus in the True Christian™ manner - most light entertainment fails at this. 2) The cymbals - the percussion condoned by Jesus - should be loud and high-pitched.



A snare drum will not do.

Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.



Look at this nice and almost conventionally acceptable piece of music. Form 4:40 onward the snare ruins everything that would have been pleasing to Jesus (Obviously, the composer was Danish so he must have tried to do his utmost to upset Christ our Lord):

Yes, it does, as God knows the purpose of these machines, these devious devices.

Please be informed that any sin is more than adequate to send you to Hell. Once you've committed one, you've committed them all (James 2:10). It is very fortunate that Jesus guided you to our Forum as you now have the unlikely but still possible chance for Salvation (John 3:18).

Well friend, the fact remains that Hell is the default position of mankind until a man shows sufficient faith (John 3:18). Unless you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised Him from His long weekend of death, you will be damned forever (Romans 10:9). Jesus wants you to acknowledge your guilt, that you have rebelled against the LORD thy God, that you whored your soul to whoever could provide instant gratification, and that you have not obeyed Him (Jeremiah 3:13; 3:6). He wants you to know that not obeying Him is a really, really big deal. In fact, it's the biggest (Ecclesiastes 12:13). If you truly repent of your rebellious ways, if you truly love Jesus for His temporary sacrifice, you will show your love by being obedient to His every command (John 14:15). In this way Jesus will know your love is genuine and He will forgive you and forget everything you ever did that irked Him before (Hebrews 8:12). You have a lot of pruning in your closet to do (Leviticus 19:19). Who has time to play drums?

Good News! Turns out God doesn't hate rock music at all!
It all started last Friday night, I went bowling with my two friends. While playing I noticed this guy in the alley next to us. He had this weird white pinch. After, my friends and I went to eat a club sandwich at the local snackbar. The hard-to-miss guy with the white pinch was there too. He paid a round of drinks to the whole snackbar! The least I could do was to go thank him. So one thing let to the other, and we ended up talking at his table. The guy at first told me he was God, I didn't believe him at first, that's why I asked him to prove it. I asked him to do many things, like to make a car appear from nowhere in the parking, to teleport to heaven and even to move the clouds from the sky! Every time, he managed to make it happen! I asked him if he hates rock music, and he replied no! He even told me that he prefers hip-hop and electro-jazz. He listens to almost any kind of music and even has his own jamming band. We ended up playing "Name that tune", for 1h straight, he named every single song! It was getting late so I asked for his autograph on my pocket Bible (unfortunately the only one I had on me at that moment). He gave me what he calls a "fisstbump" and told me to take care. I returned home amazed.
Conclusion: he's a super cool dude!
