What sins? Hating our parents is what Himself told us to do:

Luke 14:26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

Ephesians 6:1 - Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.

Ephesians 6:2 - Honour thy father and mother; (which is the first commandment with promise)

It would seem there is a contradiction in your own bible, which of course does not make sense. How can there be a contradiction? How can you hate your father and mother, if also, it is warned that should you curse your parents, you will die. It has also been commanded to honour your parents. Hmmm.

Lets move onto the next sin shall we? The one you conveniently didn't mention. That of stealing.

In the law of the land (America, shall we say), if a child takes money from the parents without permission, it will be theft, and will be treated as theft. There have been thousands, if not millions, of instances of this happening.

Now, tell me, does it not state in your doctrine that you must follow and obey the secular laws? Is this not stated in your bible?

So why would you encourage children to break secular laws? This is against your own doctrine.

On top of this, i have quoted from your bible verses praising and promoting respect to parents. Why has this church been asking children to hate their parents? This is again breaking your own doctrine. Very strange.

Once again, sadly, you are very mistaken.

I did not say that one shouldn't give money in the name of God, did i? Feel free to point to my post which stated that you (or anyone) should not be donating money in the name of God and his infinite charitable causes.

My issue, which i am sure you are well aware of, is to do with the MEANS of how this money is being obtained.

Is this church so desperate for donations that they blindly break their own laws and doctrines, as i have highlighted and you have failed to refute? Namely: encouraging children to steal from their parents and break the law of the land, and to also hate their parents, which directly contradicts what your Saviour has taught and preached.

It has not gone unnoticed how you how side-stepped these points i raised in my previous post.

I look forward to you directly addressing those points.

Within the last fifty years many thousands of people have read John Hoshor's wonderful, SEED MONEY: THE LAW OF TENFOLD RETURN AND HOW IT WORKS. They have grasped the scientific principle behind the Seed Money Formula and have successfully applied it in their daily lives to end their money troubles. Others have not, for various reasons. He thanked me and two weeks later I heard from him again. "It's marvelous," he said with great joy in his voice. "I received my tenfold return. Yesterday my married daughter drove up from Los Angeles in her Volkswagen. She gave me the keys, telling me that her husband had just bought her a new station wagon so that they and their children could go on camping trips in the mountains. She knew that my old car had given out, so insted of selling the Volkswagen, she gave it to me."
"Wonderful," I said.
"You know," he said, "once I realized that it wasn't money for money's sake that I wanted but the good I could buy with it, I overcame that mental block. The Volkswagen is worth even more than ten times my Seed Money, and on top of that it doesn't use as much as as my old car--I can travel much farther for the same money."
This is just one illustration how a person's changing their concept of money enables the use of the Seed Money Principle.

The second block often found in people who have not yet succeeded in practicing the Principle of Seed Money is this: many people don't understand how the giving of Seed Money produces its tenfold return without any risk whatever. But it is a fact. The Law of Tenfold Return always works. There is absolutely no risk whatever in the Principle of Seed Money. If you do not follow the formula precisely, there is risk, but then you are not actually practicing the Principle.
I received a rather irate letter from an airplane stewardess flying on charter flights out of Chicago. She wrote: "Mr. Hoshor's Seed Money doesn't work. I know because I tried it. When I fly to Las Vegas I play the slot machines. Sometimes I win. With Seed Money I don't get back a dime."

That is not the fault of the Principle of the Parachute or of the parachute itself. It is the fault of the persons or persons who made, packed, checked or used the parachute.
The Principle of Seed Money works in the same way as the Principle of the Parachute, or as any other Principle, for that matter. If the Principle isn't properly applied you aren't working the Principle.
The Seed Money Principle is not a gamble such a slot machine or a lottery. When you think that you may get your tenfold return from "planting" some Seed Money -- you won't. When you believe that you will get a tenfold return on your Seed Money, you will.
Jesus said, "What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them." [Mark 11:24] He did not say that you won't have them. He did not say that you might have them. He said that you shall have them.

Somehow, my most previous reply has been deleted - not for the first time. Well, this is a "mystery" indeed. Perhaps it's God himself! Or... perhaps it is a bunch of Pastors and/or moderators who are afraid of the truth and their own sins.

Your copy & paste is an amusing read, but does not address either of the two issues i have raised in my previous post; namely encouraging children to break the law of the land (by means of theft) and also, encouraging children to hate their parents, when both of these actions are in DIRECT VIOLATION of your own laws and doctrines as stated in your own bible. If you are confused about this, i can directly quote you from King James bible again to point out the violations that are taking place.

There is absolutely no contradiction in the Bible. Honor thy father and mother is a commandment of God, and yes children should do that. HOWEVER, Lord Jesus tells us that we must STILL love Jesus MORE than our own parents, and this is perfectly reasonable since our parents did not die for more than two whole days for our sins. This is in Matthew 10:37.

Luke 14:26, which is cited in the original offer, is simply another way of stressing the greatest commandment to us, to Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind (Matthew 22:37). When we love Christ above all, we point people to Christ and His undying love in the gospel.

Therefore, there is no contradiction in a child choosing to tithe and give to the church, in particular a True Christian church such as ours, when in so doing the child will demonstrate a love for Christ that is greater than the love for his parents. In fact, doing so will demonstrate this love to Jesus and encourage the child's own salvation.

In fact, failure to donate to Landover as described in the offer is dangerous for the soul of the child as it encourages the child to put his parents ABOVE Jesus!! Why are you so cruel and heartless that you want to send children to HELL, Spoogey??.

The Bible passages you cite to not mention Christ at all. They apply as a general rule, but not when compared to the love for . You must read THE WHOLE BIBLE, Spoogeyface, not just cherry-pick the parts you like.

Here's a recipe pumpkin soup that I thought you would like:

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large saucepan, then gently cook 2 finely chopped onions for 5 mins, until soft but not coloured. Pour the half-pint of double cream into the pan, bring back to the boil, then purée with a hand blender. For an extra-velvety consistency you can now push the soup through a fine sieve into another pan. The soup can now be frozen for up to 2 months. While the soup is cooking, slice the crusts from 4 slices of wholemeal seed bread, then cut the bread into small croutons. Heat the remaining 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan, then fry the bread until it starts to become crisp. Add a handful of pumpkin seeds to the pan, then cook for a few mins more until they are toasted. These can be made a day ahead and stored in an airtight container. Reheat the soup if needed, taste for seasoning, then serve scattered with croutons and seeds and drizzled with more olive oil, if you want.
