    A Cross in space?

THIS site claims to have launched a 2 inch Cross into Earth orbit last spring.

I seriously doubt this bunch of namby pamby 3:16ers can pull together the dollars to do such a thing.

We on the other hand could easily accomplish such an endeavor given Landover Baptist Church has more high earners and multimillionaires(and a few billionaires) than any other church on the planet. I say we look into doing this. My only reservation is that at 2 inches nobody could see it. How about 200 yards long? Now THATS a Cross that truly shows Christs superiority and should humble the lesser faiths into following Him. Just imagine all the Hellbound Islamocidal maniacs blowing themselves up in protest over having to live under Jesus Christs watchful Cross! All we would need is one weird beard cleric deciding to issue a fatwah against living under the Cross and every time it orbited over their toilet country, millions of Hajis would commit explosive suicide!

    Win/win for Jesus.
God bless America, the Second Amendment and the Constitution. God bless the United States Marine Corps and all who fight for Jesus in third world cess pools. God bless the GOP and all they stand for, Truth, Honesty and the American people. God bless Landover Baptist Church and all True Christians™ the world over. Curses to our Muslim President, his failure is our Salvation.

A 2 inch cross is a disgraceful idea! An orbital cross should inspire fear and awe when people think of it, but with a cross that tiny, you'd need a miniature Jesus to fit on it! Do we want people to be thinking about a Christ the size of a jap's tallywhacker? The idea of a 2-inch Saviour is frankly ludicrous. I suppose these false Christians are trying to encourage people to think of Our Lord riding about on the back of a mouse and all sorts of similarly undignified antics. GOD WILL NOT BE MOCKED!
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.

God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

      Re: A Cross in space?

I would think what we need is to burn a giant cross with a Star Wars laser on to the surface of the moon. That will give the Mudlsimes a thing or two to think about the next time they go to worship their false moon god and see a cross.

Time to reclaim our FREEDOM from the “Mullah in Chief” and his growing activist voter hoards of socialists, communists, anti-Semites, anti-Christians, atheists, radical gays and lesbians, feminists, illegal immigrants, Muslims, anti-Anglo whites and others.

Burning a giant Cross seems like a perfect way to honor Christs sacrifice! The Moon belongs to the United States anyway, we may as well burn a giant Cross there for all to know exactly how we praise Him in Jesus favorite country.

A two inch cross? Did an astronaut lose their pendant on a walk? The Landovarian committee has been working on a project in space for the better part of 6 years now. Here is what is in orbit right now:

By 2010 the larger central cross will be completed and installed. This cross will bear the image of our Saviour(R) Jesus Christ. His eyes will be integrated into the Nuclear Peace platform yet to be unveiled to the public.

Burning igneous rock from such a distance may be the insoluble problem. Beam divergence and also, the fact that the rock will look about the same when it cools (maybe--it's dusty up there).

Idea: what about later on, using leftover small nukes delivered by precision controls to blast miles-wide craters to make a cross in bold outline across the whole face of the moon? I mean to propose that we the leftovers after we touch Iran on the cheek with Jesus's warning to keep the peace until He is ready.

Just rough thoughts; I guess the question is, since we know that pock marks mark the moon already, if we make new pox on the moon we are assured of expected results.

Perhaps we could use some of our caches of high explosives to carefully explode parts of the moon to turn it into an enormous cross of moon rock circling the Earth.

How bout a few hundred yards of mylar and some aluminum poles, and make a cross with that. It would be light and easy to get into space. I could be put up in orbit over the middle east mudslimes and every time they look up they will see and know the true GOD.

I think we could achieve a similar result by filling the Landover giant plastic Jesus with rocket fuel and slapping on some phosphorescent paint. Of course, if we did, we'd miss it an awful lot down here in Freehold. And we'd have to be careful not to give it too much thrust, since we'd be awfully upset if it crashed into the Heavenly firmament and shattered.

Obviously, we wouldn't want to part with the gold cross.
