No. It says 'without sin among you'. (John 8:7) A VERY important difference.
For everyone HAS sinned, but not everyone is a sinner.

Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not:

So, who is without sin?
Correct Biblical answer: True Christians are.
Thus, True Christians may cast stones, for as the scripture says:
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ.
1 Corinthians 2:15-16

We have the mind of Christ, the sin-free mind. (Or are you claiming Jesus isn't sin-free, you heretic??)
Thus, we may not only deal punishment for those who break the commandments, but even judge.

Jesus is actually speaking to the hypocrites in John 8:7, those who try to pass judgement and penalty without being sin-free themselves.
