I have a quistion about circumsision

I was wondering what is God's policy on circumsision. Is it concidered self mutilation like pierceings and tatoos. I my self am not circumsised and don't plan to circumsise my kids when I have them.

When I was in high school we had to shower with other students during gym class because I went to a God forsaken public school. I noticed allot of other kids were circumcised. Most of wich were athiests or jews. Most of the kids the were uncircumised were chirstians like me.

I know you havent been in a school locker room since your home schooled I'm sure you may of acidently seen your moms, sisters, cusions, ect; vagina by acident around the house or something at some point in your life.


Well anyway I did some reading around the site and realised I was wrong. I ended up geting my curcumsision done today. I could already feel a glowing inside my soul after it was one. Right now I'm iceing my penis and it is a little soar since the surgin made a little nick on my penis since he cut too close; but you know what they say "pain is only temporary but heaven lasts forever".

Circumcision is just an outward sign of the covenant with Abraham. You shouldn't feel special for having it, because it's simply a requirement. Now that you have that out of the way, the real Christian work begins.

And honestly, quit your whining about a little nick. When I was a young lad growing up on my pa's farm, there wasn't a hospital for 100 miles.

My pa circumcised me with his trusty army knife, dumped some peroxide on the wound, and taped a cotton ball over it for a good few days. Praise Jesus.

Men of God MUST be circumcised. There is no exception as YHWH tells us in Genisis 17:

10 This is my covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised.

11 And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you.

12 And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any stranger, which is not of thy seed.

13 He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needs be circumcised: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant.

14 And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken my covenant

As the apostle Paul told us in Galatians 5:2, Behold, I Paul, say unto you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.

It does make you wonder, though, why Paul circumcised Timothy in Acts 16:3. I'm sure he had his reasons, though.

No I didn't get my circumcision done by my mom. A nice chirstian doctor that goes to my church did it foor me.

btw my cut has healed up nicely
