I've just heard that the capital of Godless Canada - Toronto, Quebec, - has finally seen the light of reason and elected a new CONSERVATIVE mayor, Mr. Rob Ford.
Mr. Ford is a fiscal conservative who actively supports cutting the city's budget. As he puts it: "putting people and families first, focusing on the fundamentals, reducing waste and eliminating unnecessary taxes."
Here is Ford on the bicycle menace that haunts Toronto:
Ford is vehemently opposed to AIDS Prevention campaigns, he said, “AIDS is very preventable. If you are not doing needles and you are not gay, you wouldn’t get AIDS probably, that’s the bottom line.” Also, "How are women getting it? Maybe they are sleeping with bisexual men."
During his inauguration, a Canadian sportscaster who was invited to speak said, “I’m wearing pink for all the pinkos out there that ride bicycles and everything, I thought I’d get it in.” and also, "And that's why I say he's gonna be the greatest mayor this city has ever, ever seen, as far as I'm concerned! And put that in your pipe, you left-wing kooks."
Here is later addressing the liberals in City Councill:
When confronted with an anti-poverty activist, he said, "Do you have a job, sir? I'll give you a newspaper to find a job, like everyone else has to do between 9 and 5." and to an actual homeless person, "I'm working. Why don't you get a job?"
He's said, "I don't understand a transgender," asking "is it a guy dressed up like a girl or a girl dressed up like a guy?"
He's also said, "Those Oriental people work like dogs. They work their hearts out ... that's why they're successful in life. ... I'm telling you, Oriental people, they're slowly taking over, because there's no excuses for them. They're hard, hard workers."
Ford supported a Pastor to for City Council, who said same-sex marriage could "dismantle a healthy, democratic civilization." Said Ford, “We’re together. We have the same thoughts."
Here's Ford handling a socialist reporter the way all politicians should -
Here he is fighting wasteful spending:
And here he is discussing public lynchings:
