Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
I know that it has been said quite often, but I think that we can not stress this point enough:
HELL IS A TERRIBLE PLACE!
I know that it has been said quite often, but I think that we can not stress this point enough:
HELL IS A TERRIBLE PLACE!
Many of the unsaved I meet on this forum and in the streets when proselytizing, do not seem to appreciate that what we're saying is the most important thing ever said to them! After all, nothing is more important for a person than his eternal destiny? Nothing anyone could ever have to say at all is as important as what we have to say!
I recently stumbled across this godly video, which does a great job explaining how dreadful Hell is:
I think the above video makes a great point in illustrating Jesus' argument here:
Luke 12:4-5:
And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.
But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.
It is very important that we fear Him; in fact, Hellfire is needed to scare people into believing Jesus, and to encourage them to accept His Love™.
After all, His Love is greater than any kind of love we humans feel for one another.
You might think that you love your parents, your children, your friends or your husband or wife, but Jesus loves you infinitely more, so much that He is willing to eternally torture you if you do not accept His Love:
Matthew 25:41-46:
Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.
Would you be willing to torture people you love for all eternity? Of course not! But Jesus will, because His Love is much greater than ours, and surpasses understanding.
I hope that all the unsaved who read this pause and think by themselves:
WHAT IF I'M WRONG??
Therefore:
FEAR HIM!!

Do not think rationally about this. Freethinkers go to Hell! Just let your common sense guide you: how do you think it is, to have your skin burned of your bones over and over again for all eternity (Luke 16:25-26)? For this is what happens if you refuse to Love Jesus! Click here for some more encouragement.
