I was standing behind a young woman in line at the coffee shop yesterday.

When it came her turn, she placed a very strange order for some decaf, soy-milk, low fat chocolate coffee thing, and a whole grain bagel.

I didn't even know you could get such a thing in Freehold.

She sounded like some kind of big city liberal, and I decided this would be a good opportunity to strike up a conversation and see if I could win her soul for CHRIST JESUS in Heaven.

I asked her where she was from, and she said that she was from Michigan, on a road trip to California.

"California!" I exclaimed. "As far as I'm concerned GOD can break the whole state off from the continent and sink it to the bottom of the ocean!"

She suddenly became very indignant and said in a very sarcastic voice, "Oh there's a good Christian attitude; wishing death and destruction on millions of innocent people, including children."

She took her coffee and bagel and left the shop all in a huff.

I don't get it.

Why did she get so angry?

What did I say that was apparently so unchristian?

She must have been on PMS.

There are no good or "innocent people". Mark 10:18

People are born into wickedness. Psalm 58:3

This women clearly doesn't have a full understanding of scripture. It should come as no surprise to her that God would demand the death of all people in an area along with children. 1 Samuel 15:2-3, Joshua 6:21. Joshua 10:40

Perhaps she was concerned that by destroying all of California, it wouldn't leave the virgin women alive for the Christians to take. Numbers 31:15-18
