Blow the dust off of your Bible. We are allowed to eat pork because of the following:

Acts 10:15 And the voice [spake] unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, [that] call not thou common.

Now show us a corresponding New Testament verse that says that we no longer have to worry about the Old Testament's laws on menstruation.

So what are you arguing — that because Jesus did not own slaves and did not have a home during His earthly ministry, we are not allowed to own slaves or to have a home?

As for slavery and Christians, take a look at these verses:

Ephesians 6:5
Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ.

Colossians 3:22
Servants, obey in all things your masters according to the flesh; not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but in singleness of heart, fearing God.

Let as many servants as are under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honour, that the name of God and his doctrine be not blasphemed.

Titus 2:9-10
Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again; Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things.
