As you know I like to keep up with youth culture and keep ‘down with the kids’. Yesterday I heard a new expression that I was not previously aware of.
I overheard my son Zebida talking to his friend about our new neighbour Jane. They were describing her as a ‘Hot MILF’. He looked surprised when I walked in and asked what this meant. After a moment or two he explained that she was hot because she was on fire for Jesus and that MILF means ‘Much In the Lord’s Favor’. Apparently in the new hippity hoppity talk it described a woman who the Lord has blessed with good looks into her maturity.
I really like this term and am now using it as often as possible. I saw Jane today and told her that my son was correct and she was indeed a hot MILF. She looked a bit shocked. I think it was because an older man knew street talk. The man in the corner shop wasn’t so please when I told him that his wife was a hot MILF, maybe he didn’t understand the term.
Another neighbour Darrel seemed very happy when I said that his wife was a hot MILF. He said if I ever wanted to ‘party’ just let him know. I explained that loud music and alcohol where not really my thing.
Anyway I was reading my KJV1611 this morning and noticed this,
Genesis 17:17 Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto him that is an hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear?
Genesis 20:2 And Abraham said of Sarah his wife, She is my sister: and Abimelech king of Gerar sent, and took Sarah. 3But God came to Abimelech in a dream by night, and said to him, Behold, thou art but a dead man, for the woman which thou hast taken; for she is a man's wife.
So Sarah was desired by a king and she was 90 years old! Clearly the Lord must have made her a MILF.
