You cannot prove who did or did not write the Bible. However, I can logically prove that God DID, or at least has control over its contents:

• God is omniscient and omnipotent. He knows all and is all-powerful. (Redundant, but I wanted to be sure you understood the big words.) One would expect such things of a Being capable of creating an entire Universe!
• The Bible says it is God's Word.
• God knows that the Bible says it is His Word, because He is omniscient. If He wanted it to say something different, He could easily change it because He is omnipotent.
• The Bible says what it says. Therefore, it is how God wants us to understand Him.

If I can not prove who, indeed, wrote the Bible, then how in the hell can you prove that God knows the Bible is His Word if the only reason you know this is by reading the Bible. Also, you mentioned that God could easily change the Bible because he is omnipotent...which you read about in the Bible. For all you know, a bunch of crazies could've written the Bible. I think it's a pretty weak source to base your beliefs on. That's like believing that an old mythological Greek story ACTUALLY happened because the story makes it seem like it did and you just accept everything word-for-word.
