    Pray for Rain on August 28!!

    Praise Jesus! THIS story has finally hit the seccular news. Of course we pastors have been discussing this for months, and we have gathered a mighty army of Prayer Warriors who will focus their Prayers on causing rain, TORRENTIAL rain, to spoil the demoncrats coronation of the nigra Obsama. AMEN!! Join us! Join us! Join us!

    FOTF asks people to pray for rain during DNC




    COLORADO SPRINGS ? A video producer for Focus on the Family is asking people to pray for rain when Sen. Barack Obama (D-Illinois) makes his speech at the end of the Democratic National Convention in Denver.

    Obama is giving his acceptance speech outdoor at Invesco Field at Mile High on Thursday, Aug. 28.

    Stuart Shepard made the prayer request in his latest Internet video for the evangelical Christian group.

    He says he's only partly joking.

    "Sure it's boyish humor perhaps to wish for something like that, but at the same time it's something people feel very strongly about. They're concerned about where he would take the nation," said Shepard.

    Shepard does a weekly commentary called Stop Light, produced for the Internet by Focus on the Family Action.

    (A modest enough request; I’d have thought that the death of The First Born, a plague of locusts or one or two of the rivers of Denver running with blood might be a good option. As it is, I’ll turn my prayers on the day and at the time appointed and mention rain.)

      Having been personally invited to the prayer war bunker on several occations, I can say it isn't so much the rain we're praying for, but the lightning.

                Rain? I'd been praying for a nuclear war between Iran and Denver.

                        Jesus didn't die for anyone's sins. He died because he claimed to be the son of god (a fictitious character). I'm sure he never said "Hey, Jews, I want you to nail me to a cross because people sin." That makes no sense, but I guess neither does the rest of the Bible.

                          You're on a dangerous path. Be careful not to accidently Blasphemy the Holy Ghost or your chances of salvation will be gone forever. The Bible makes this very clear.

                              It's funny that you think I'm ACCIDENTALLY talking shit about your "holy ghost." My hopes of any salvation are already gone because there's nobody to grant it to me or take it away. You people need to open your eyes. There is no god, take a look at the world, everything is chaos. If a god did exist it wouldn't let anything like this happen, and if it would, is that a good god? No. it's not.
