If you know for a fact that Nobar King simply chose the wrong word, then I guess all is well with (and perhaps between) you and him. If, however, Nobar isn't guilty of choosing his words carelessly and your defense of him remains as staunch as it seems to be, the whole scenario gives one pause.

Who translated it? How do we know that person gave a literal translation.What would stop that person from adding his/her own thoughts? Perhaps the person who translated it did not have his tallywacker bobbed and was jealous of others who had been bobbed.So he created the passages to prevent others from the enjoyment of having a neat and tidy tallywacker!Perhaps the entire bible is nothing more than a series of stories made up by a jealous unbobbed person.It could be that that person was high on mead at the time and hallucinated the whole book.If that be the case what is the use in reading a book written by someone stoned out of their mind .

You aren't being loving at all. Did you read what I wrote beyond the first line? I'll repeat the important parts:

Yes. Does that mean to lie to him and tell him what he wants to hear? No. It means to tell him the truth, and warn him to flee from the wrath to come. As we are commanded in Leviticus 19:17, "Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him." Here, loving your neighbour is defined as rebuking him, and not allowing sin to come upon him. Further, we have never suggested that we don't love our neighbor.

That covers the Old testament.But the Jews don't believe Jesus was the son of God ,so where did the New testament come from? In fact where did the old Hebrew text come from ? What was the language spoken during the time of Jesus and before his time called ? It was not Hebrew.
Is the person called Jesus found in any other religions books ?
