An Offensive Message From The Fat Demon Michael Moore

Brothers and sisters in Christ, as you all know, I maintain a Facebook account, the better to spread the Good News about Christ's Loving Plan for our Salvation®. Well, imagine my surprise when I found an offensive message from the notorious communist Michael Moore waiting for me in my Message Box today. I am just appalled.

I reproduce it here for your review and comments:

For Those of You on Your Way to Church This Morning ...a note from Michael Moore

    Friends,

I'd like to have a word with those of you who call yourselves Christians (Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, Bill Maherists, etc. can read along, too, as much of what I have to say, I'm sure, can be applied to your own spiritual/ethical values).

In my new film I speak for the first time in one of my movies about my own spiritual beliefs. I have always believed that one's religious leanings are deeply personal and should be kept private. After all, we've heard enough yammerin' in the past three decades about how one should "behave," and I have to say I'm pretty burned out on pieties and platitudes considering we are a violent nation who invades other countries and punishes our own for having the audacity to fall on hard times.

I'm also against any proselytizing; I certainly don't want you to join anything I belong to. Also, as a Catholic, I have much to say about the Church as an institution, but I'll leave that for another day (or movie).

Amidst all the Wall Street bad guys and corrupt members of Congress exposed in "Capitalism: A Love Story," I pose a simple question in the movie: "Is capitalism a sin?" I go on to ask, "Would Jesus be a capitalist?" Would he belong to a hedge fund? Would he sell short? Would he approve of a system that has allowed the richest 1% to have more financial wealth than the 95% under them combined?

I have come to believe that there is no getting around the fact that capitalism is opposite everything that Jesus (and Moses and Mohammed and Buddha) taught. All the great religions are clear about one thing: It is evil to take the majority of the pie and leave what's left for everyone to fight over. Jesus said that the rich man would have a very hard time getting into heaven. He told us that we had to be our brother's and sister's keepers and that the riches that did exist were to be divided fairly. He said that if you failed to house the homeless and feed the hungry, you'd have a hard time finding the pin code to the pearly gates.

I guess that's bad news for us Americans. Here's how we define "Blessed Are the Poor": We now have the highest unemployment rate since 1983. There's a foreclosure filing once every 7.5 seconds. 14,000 people every day lose their health insurance.

At the same time, Wall Street bankers ("Blessed Are the Wealthy"?) are amassing more and more loot -- and they do their best to pay little or no income tax (last year Goldman Sachs' tax rate was a mere 1%!). Would Jesus approve of this? If not, why do we let such an evil system continue? It doesn't seem you can call yourself a Capitalist AND a Christian -- because you cannot love your money AND love your neighbor when you are denying your neighbor the ability to see a doctor just so you can have a better bottom line. That's called "immoral" -- and you are committing a sin when you benefit at the expense of others.

When you are in church this morning, please think about this. I am asking you to allow your "better angels" to come forward. And if you are among the millions of Americans who are struggling to make it from week to week, please know that I promise to do what I can to stop this evil -- and I hope you'll join me in not giving up until everyone has a seat at the table.

Thanks for listening. I'm off to Mass in a few hours. I'll be sure to ask the priest if he thinks J.C. deals in derivatives or credit default swaps. I mean, after all, he must've been good at math. How else did he divide up two loaves of bread and five pieces of fish equally amongst 5,000 people? Either he was the first socialist or his disciples were really bad at packing lunch. Or both.

    Yours,
    Michael Moore

Re: An Offensive Message From The Fat Demon Michael Moore

I can forgive Moore's Biblical ignorance due to his Catholic upbringing where they don't read the Bible and simply follow priestly orders, but it's a whole different thing to put out a mass e-mail like he knows what the hell he's talking about.

There's so many errors in that I don't know where to begin (nor do I have the time to go over all of them).

    Well as Jesus says himself...

Matthew 7:13-14 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Jesus makes it clear that only the 1% purest Christians will be admitted to Heaven while the rest suffer for an eternity in Hell. If He is willing to reward the 1% of us (True Christians™) with the eternal bliss of Heaven and cast the rest into searing Hellfire, I don't think it's much of a stretch to think Jesus would approve of our current capitalist system.

First off, who gives a crap about what Mohammed and Buddha taught. Moore actually makes it sound like these are wise spiritual leaders. Okay, so if capitalism is the opposite of what Muhammed taught (therefore bad) then it stands to reason that slaughtering non-Muslims and raping 9 year old girls is therefore okay (which is what Muhammed taught). What an idiot.

Again another Biblically ignorant tard who misunderstands what a "neighbor" is. Second, I have no idea where he gets the idea that somehow there's a Biblical basis for socialist health coverage. Nowhere did I recall Jesus saying something like "And ye should pay for your neighbor's medicine, and if not, ye shalt be cast henceforth into Hellfire." Believe me. I looked.

Third, how the heck am I denying my neighbor (even if they're a True Christian) the ability to see a doctor? What if they choose not to work? Why is it my fault? And there's no such thing as "not affording health insurance". But there is such thing as making financial priorities. I'm sure many more people would be able to afford health insurance if they just sold their BMWs, gave up their cable, stopped eating out, etc.

But then again, it's every socialist's creed to blame everyone but the guilty party.

Re: An Offensive Message From The Fat Demon Michael Moore

So Michael Moore is a cathylick. He needs to do some house cleaning in his own back yard before attacking Godly American Capitalism and the Protestant Work Ethic.

Aside from his own porcine girth, it was recently revealed that Michael Moore used non-union labor in the making of his latest film. It's always disgusted me that these Irish trash (like the Kennedy's) came over here preaching their socialism because of some potato crop failure. Where was their precious "landlord-capitalist oligarch" Vatican when they needed them?

VATICAN WEALTH COULD MAKE OR BREAK AMERICA OR ANY WORLD POWER
      Erle Frayne Argonza

In a previous article I tackled the real reason behind the unprecedented respect accorded on the Pope by the officialdom of the USA. As I cogitated in the article, the reason has got to do with the enormous wealth of the Church.

In some previous articles, I tackled about the financial power of the Catholic Church in the Philippines, a power that bestows on the Church the status of being the wealthiest landlord-capitalist oligarch in the country. I have also been discoursing, for over a decade now, that Philippine poverty can be fast-tracked if and only if the Catholic Church would be taxed of its properties and businesses, and its estates undergo land reform.

If we take the Catholic Church as an entirety in the planet, with its diverse archdioceses and dioceses, religious orders, banks and related financial institutions, lay clubs with their vast assets, and all the social development groups involved (combining all member of the Church), we have before us a gigantic web of organizations and colossal assets. At the center of it all is the Vatican, with the 2nd College of Bishops as the top organ of corporate governance.

Without doubt, no other corporation on Earth could match the Church organizationally and wealth-wise. And no corporate group, both private and state, would ever clash with the Church concerning policy or the highlighting of church wrongdoings, as this would badly backlash on the bellicose party. Likewise wouldn’t any nation among the ‘open society’ states openly clash with the Church without experiencing the fatal backlash.

If we were to estimate the wealth of the Church, we will surely be overwhelmed by the immensity of quantity at hand. The annual income alone from all church and church-related operations, counting both the huge donations and the business operations, would already amount to trillions of dollars. By my own rough estimate, the Church ‘gross domestic product’ would well surpass the USA’s or EU’s.

How about the value of the land estates and the buildings (church, schools, businesses, retreat houses, seminar houses, humanitarian & social development, health-related, etc)? current assets from both donations and financing institutions (banks, financial houses)? gold bullions accumulated after centuries of operations, including those taken through plunder of conquered lands? These must run in the hundreds of trillions of dollars!

Fellows, the Vatican is indubitably the wealthiest, most powerful global corporation or holding company. With such power, it could make or break any nation for that matter, as it had done secretly on the atheistic Soviet Union.

Destroy a nation’s currency, and you would destroy it totally. This is an axiom known to Keynes and economists that includes myself. Knowing this well, the financial operators of the Church did exactly apply this shock operations on the Soviet Union that saw its total irreparable collapse.

Led by combined mafia-Opus Dei operations, the Church purchased the greater bulk of USSR currency at quite promising sums. Having then run out of bills for daily transactions, the USSR through KGB operators had to buy back the rubles via black market, but this time bought at very costly prices (in US dollars). Until finally realizing that it doesn’t have sufficient foreign reserves and gold to leverage the ruble drain, the USSR collapsed under the deadweight of its own roof. Simple!

And that, fellows, is the subtle message of the Vatican to both the American and British oligarchs whose predatory financial transactions and wars are now proving to be catastrophic, that they threaten the heart of Vatican operations itself. And time is now running out on the same oligarchs and their respective states.
      Hell's foundations quiver at the shout of praise;
brothers, lift your voices, loud your anthems raise.
      ...and get off my lawn

Capitalism seems to have served Michael Mooron well enough. I'm well aware that Romanists don't read the Bible, but surely the devil in a black dress at his "church" could at least have taught him this:

Matt. 7:3-5: And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam [is] in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

What kind of distorted Bible does this loon read from; clearly the Bible shows Jesus was part of the upper middle class and repeatedly rebuked the poor for their sins that made them poor. You certainly never saw Christ tramping around with a bunch of mendicants with bear feet and long hair.

Sure Jesus wants everyone to be healthy and wealthy, but at the same time He is not going to reward sin. People are poor for a reason; they hate God. Sure they show up to church and pray like anyone else but the pouf of their wickedness is clear when they laid off.

Time to reclaim our FREEDOM from the “Mullah in Chief” and his growing activist voter hoards of socialists, communists, anti-Semites, anti-Christians, atheists, radical gays and lesbians, feminists, illegal immigrants, Muslims, anti-Anglo whites and others.

Oh please God help us, NOOOO!

I agree with Rev. Jim, MM can clearly not be taken seriously, he has not quoted one single verse or scripture. Not to mention the fact that he does not capitalize when referring to God. This makes me wonder if he's even read the Bible.

God hates false prophets, and anything MM does in God's name will be his perspective only (when did he get his theology qualification, by the way?).

              Jeremiah 14:14
Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart.
Psalm 1:5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgement, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.

Excellent point. Scripture clearly says that Our Lord preferred a Robb Report lifestyle for Himself over aid to the poor:

John 12:3-8: Then took Mary a pound of ointment of spikenard, very costly, and anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair: and the house was filled with the odour of the ointment. Then saith one of his disciples, Judas Iscariot, Simon's [son], which should betray him, Why was not this ointment sold for three hundred pence, and given to the poor? This he said, not that he cared for the poor; but because he was a thief, and had the bag, and bare what was put therein. Then said Jesus, Let her alone: against the day of my burying hath she kept this. For the poor always ye have with you; but me ye have not always.

Note who it was who voiced concern for the poor: Judas Iscariot. This proves that Michael Mooron is a latter-day Judas.
