    God won't allow global warming

    From another Godly Republican:

DICK ARMEY: What I’m suggesting is we have a sort of an eco-evangelical hysteria going on and it leads me to almost wonder if we are becoming a nation of environmental hypochondriacs that are willing to use the power of the state to impose enormous restrictions on the rights and the comforts of, and incomes of individuals who serve essentially a paranoia, a phobia, that has very little fact evidence in fact. Now these are observations that are popular to make because right now its almost taken as an article of faith that this crisis is real. Let me say I take it as an article of faith if the lord God almighty made the heavens and the Earth, and he made them to his satisfaction and it is quite pretentious of we little weaklings here on earth to think that, that we are going to destroy God’s creation.

My sincere and heartfelt apologies for posting this whorish left wing link, but I could not find this on Fox news.

So many wonderful and wise men are called Dick

Great. And to think of all I've been doing to help speed up global warming. Even if it doesn't work, at least I know that I'm pissing off the liberals and my next door neighbor.
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

Me too, and I think it's working. It's already 20 degrees warmer here than it was just 2 months ago.

Indeed! Additionally, this morning I spoke a friend of mine who lives on the Gulf Coast, and when I asked him about the sea level, he said it had risen about a meter since three hours ago, and is still steadily rising!
        Sweet Lord Jesus,
I want to pray for those who persecute me, my Lord.
Please, treat their children as you treated those of Egypt, when they upset you! (Psalm 135:8-9)
Dash their little children against the stones for their fathers iniquity! (Psalm 137:8-9)
Hit them on the cheek, and smash out their teeth! (Psalm 3:7)
Make their death and descent into Hell swift and terrible! (Psalm 55:15)
Scatter their broken bodies over the streets of their evil cities, like Benghazi, Amsterdam, Tokyo and Mecca! (Psalm 110:6)
        Praised be Your Glorious Name™.

        Amen.

Re: God won't allow global warming

I just can't figure out why these leftist liberals get their panties in a knot over this global warming hoax. Hey, even if it turns out to be true, what's the big deal? If it gets hot, just turn up the air-conditioning and sip a piña colada while reading the Wall Street Journal - that's what I always do.

Hot day in India: "The piña coladas will be ready in five minutes."

I was reading that the environwackos have a bug up their butts just because nearly all of Bangladesh will disappear underwater by year 2100. I just don't get why this is a problem - not only will the water skiing be better, but all the Bangladeshis can simply get into their yachts and sail away to their villas in Switzerland which, last time I checked, is WAY above sea level.

"Hey mom, where did daddy park the yacht?"

But rather than just adopting these simple solutions, Al Gore wants everybody to stop burning coal and oil and go back to jungle living like Robinson Crusoe. Look, I can understand where Crusoe's coming from - I enjoy vacationing on a tropical island too, which is why I own 2 or 3 of them, but I'll be damned if I'm gonna read by candlelight for entertainment, or go out and hunt birds with a bow and arrow. I'm sure that all of you will agree with me that when you're watching American Idol on the widescreen and you're feeling hungry, the sensible thing to do is whip out the cell phone and call Pizza Hut. If Al Gore wants to survive by digging for clams, that's his business, but he has no right to criticize the American way of life.

Aside from all that, we just can't afford to reduce our carbon footprint. My accounting department has crunched the numbers, and we've found that it would take years to get back any investments in wind, solar or energy conservation. That would devastate CEO bonuses, and shareholders wouldn't stand for it. So forget all this Kyoto Protocol crap. Even if humanity becomes extinct, think of all the money we'll save.
          Praise Jesus!

The only warming these liberals need to worry about it when God destroys the world in flames, just as he lovingly promised in the Bible.

If Al Gore wants us to live that way he can sell his jet and a bunch of his houses and go live in a cave. Maybe then I'd pay attention.

I bet Obama would love to live in Al Gore's cave too.

Dick Armey has a history of saying things that, while politically incorrect, need to be said, such as referring to you-know-whom as Barney Fag.
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.

I understand it's going to be 'Earth Hour' in a few hours. We're turning on EVERYTHING! I even had 25 1800w floodlights installed on the outside of the house and outbuildings to light up the Earth within a mile of us so everyone can appreciate the Earth more.

I'm happy to do my part.

The polar bears are just alright. We had the coldest winter in decades here in Sweden this season.
By the way - you do know that polar bears can swim, don't you?

Haha, good one sir!!! I was going to play some sermons from Pastor Bobby Daniels outside and really loud, but the neighbors have young ones and they have to be up early for Bible study and then church services.
