The Obama regime has taken revenge on behalf of ACORN upon a brave American whose only crime was defending his neighborhood from attack. Make no mistake, this "judicial action" is an honor killing like you see in any Muslim country.

A former New Orleans resident was charged Thursday with federal hate crimes for his alleged role in a racially motivated shooting of three black men in the days after Hurricane Katrina.

Roland J. Bourgeois Jr., 47, is accused of plotting to defend his Algiers Point neighborhood “from outsiders” including African-Americans, constructing barricades on public streets and using racial epithets to describe black people, according to the five-count indictment.

At one point, Bourgeois allegedly said, “Anything coming up this street darker than a paper bag is getting shot.”

The indictment charges Bourgeois with doing just that when three black males walked through the neighborhood toward a makeshift Coast Guard evacuation center on Sept. 1. Bourgeois fired a shotgun at the trio, felling Donnell Herrington and wounding Herrington’s two companions near the corner of Pelican Avenue and Vallette Street, according to the indictment.

Later, Bourgeois plucked Herrington’s bloodied baseball cap from the ground and proudly displayed it to others, boasting that he “got one” and had shot a “looter, ” according to a witness.

Bourgeois, who denied any knowledge of the incident to federal agents, is also accused of coercing an eyewitness to the shooting to lie to investigators

All Bourgeois wanted to do was live and a safe neighborhood (ie white) and that means stopping the bad people (ie shooting blacks) At one time Bourgeois would have been consitired a hero and been given a parade. Now he is called a "murder" by racists like NAACP and is facing jail time.

Indeed. Polls show roughly 87% of the White people that were duped by the mainstream media into voting for Obama now deeply regret it.*

His popularity is tanking now that White people in this country are realizing they're figuratively on the receiving end of a violent anal prison gang rape in the dimly-lit corners of the prison shower by a group of horny muscular tattooed Negro bucks. Yes, that's exactly what it's like, more or less.

And what would you have had Bourgeois do with those looters; invite them into his home for dinner? You read what the looters were up to; trying to get to an evacuation center for some free handouts. That center was in Bourgeois' neighborhood so he had every right to protect it from outsiders who were only thinking about themselves.

The FEMA problems were perfectly reasonable; as President Bush observed in the rush to judgment after Katrina no body could have possibly foreseen a hurricane hitting New Orleans. However Herrington had no such excuse, he should have none running away from his own problems and looking to take other people's stuff would lead to trouble.

I wish the bleeding-heart liberals that push forced integration and race-mixing using Hurricane Katrina as an excuse would save their outrage for where it really belongs--- Barack HUSSEIN Obama's deliberate and racist mishandling of the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico!!!

Only a liberal would side with thugs and looters and racists over the true victims here--- BP, its stockholders, and concerned citizens seeking to protect their property and their neighborhoods!!!

I hear you Brother, how much more should BP suffer in Obama's Katrina (which unlike the real Katrina, Obama should have seen coming)? Just to day BP was slander with accusations of fraud because BP innocently used photoshop to enhance images of their crises center.

BP spokesman Scott Dean told the Post's Steven Mufson that there was no diabolical plot to photographically beef up the company's command center. Rather, he said, a BP photographer with completely benign intentions just slipped the images in.

"Normally we only use Photoshop for the typical purposes of color correction and cropping," Dean told the paper. "In this case they copied and pasted three ROV screen images in the original photo over three screens that were not running video feeds at the time."

He added, "We've instructed our post-production team to refrain from doing this in the future."

You see, BP was only thinking of making the pictures more ascetically pleasing by adding two or three more dozen pieces of equipment and eight nor nine people. All it was just art! Instead BP is facing more persecution.

This poor man was simply acting in self-defense! It was well-known and carried across the media, that bands of unruly negroes were stalking the flooded streets of New Orleans in search of electronic equipment, white women, and police. There were criminal incidents in the Superdome and thousands of pictures of negroes stealing stuff everywhere.

Why else would a group of three black men be walking together if they weren't going to commit a crime? Think about that one for a second.

This poor man simply took pre-emptive measures. He didn't wait for the negroes to pull a gun on him and rob him of everything he had. Why are the victims being persecuted in this country? WHY?

I was once a witness to a shooting outside of my local store. Some armed gunmen ran out with masks covering their faces.

I was asked to identify the suspects the police had to see if I recognised any of them. There were a few nigras and few white people - so I just pointed to the negras and they took them away. I was pretty sure the robbers had black hands... or they might have been wearing gloves. Oh well, better to get them off the streets before they commit another crime anyway.

Whites are ALWAYS persecuted against when it comes to this kind of thing. Positive Discrimination is the politically correct term for nigra loving.
