Glenn Beck "Reclaiming the Civil Rights Movement"

Praise Be! Brother's and Sisters, I simply have no words to express my joy at Mr. Beck rallying for Christian American civil rights. He will be at the Lincoln Memorial exactly 47 years to the date that uppity nigra MLK gave his "I Have A Dream to Kill Whitey" speech. Glenn says this is a coincidence, which proves that GOD HIMSELF set the date and wants Right Wing Christian Americans to finally overcome black oppression.
And yes, Sister Sarah herself will be there!
WASHINGTON – Glenn Beck says it's just a coincidence his Restoring Honor rally on Saturday at the Lincoln Memorial will take place on the anniversary and at the site of Martin Luther King Jr.'s famous "I Have a Dream" speech. But he's hardly apologizing for the connection.
"This is going to be a moment that you'll never be able to paint people as haters, racists, none of it," he says of the event featuring Sarah Palin and other conservative political and cultural figures. "This is a moment, quite honestly, that I think we reclaim the civil rights movement."

Re: Glenn Beck "Reclaiming the Civil Rights Movement"

Without a doubt, the conservative Christians are the most persecuted minority in the nation, if not the world. We make up a paltry 25-33% (1/4 or 1/3) of the population. As a result, we are oppressed by atheists, gays, liberals, feminists, witches, negroes, mexicans, etc. Sorry, but those uppity negroes in the 50's and 60's didn't realize how good life was for them. If they want to learn about what REAL PERSECUTION is, then try being a white Christian male making $100,000+ a year.

Glenn Beck is not afraid to stand up for our rights. I'll definitely be there this weekend.

Re: Glenn Beck "Reclaiming the Civil Rights Movement"

I have been concerned over the plight of the white, heterosexual male ever since I visited a site called "JobVent" or something like that. While reading comments from other employees at my company, I noticed remarks claiming that the only way to get ahead there was to be a black female or a gay male. It made a huge impact on me and I began considering the many difficulties experienced by white men in our culture.

It is time someone came to their defense. The average white man in America has almost no rights at all and is continually being cast as the all purpose villain who is the cause of all that is wrong. It breaks my heart to see the way that they are tromped on, day in and day out. White girls won't date them, and if one of them looks at a black girl "the wrong way", he is accused of objectifing her. They are practically an endangered species.

Forgive me for being so blunt and emotional about this. It is just that such unmerited cruelty being meted out against powerless people tends to bring my blood to a boil.

I will attempt to compose myself in the meek and supmissive manner that is apropriate to a True Christian woman.

      Uproaredly Yours,

      Handmaiden

Re: Glenn Beck "Reclaiming the Civil Rights Movement"

          Rev. M. Rodimer,

Haters are going to hate. That is the way it is.

FINALLY someone fighting back against the wave of oppression that has swept over us REAL Americans (as in white, Republican) Far to long the Civil Rights Movement has been hijacked by special interests lifestyle groups like blacks, gays and Atheists demanding equality and right the Founding Fathers never intended. Now on August the 28th REAL American reclaims it's birth right!

As that drug crazed, Catholic apostate, turned Mormon Beck says reclaiming America has nothing to do with politics. It's simply urging the military to stage a coupe against an illegal presidency voted in by activist voters and creating a Christian dictatorship. Remember the Founding Fathers really didn't want a president, they wanted a king. Well it is time to fix that mistake.

Time to reclaim our FREEDOM from the “Mullah in Chief” and his growing activist voter hoards of socialists, communists, anti-Semites, anti-Christians, atheists, radical gays and lesbians, feminists, illegal immigrants, Muslims, anti-Anglo whites and others.

Re: Glenn Beck "Reclaiming the Civil Rights Movement"

Rally was big success. Article here

Fox News' Glenn Beck and thousands of like-minded activists gathered Saturday in the nation's capital on the anniversary and at the same site of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr.'s famous "I Have a Dream" speech, a demonstration meant to pay tribute to American troops.

Civil rights leaders, meanwhile, protested the event by holding a rally of their own. The Rev. Al Sharpton and others claim the timing and location of Beck's rally is a dishonor to King's legacy.

Beck, a Fox News personality and a conservative favorite, has said it's a coincidence that his "Restoring Honor" rally on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial is overlapping with the 47th anniversary of King's speech. Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin also attended the event, which District of Columbia officials said could hold over 100,000 people.

Beck and other organizers said the aim of the rally is to pay tribute to America's military personnel and others "who embody our nation's founding principles of integrity, truth and honor." The broadcaster toured the site Friday as supporters cheered.

"It was not my intention to select 8-28 because of the Martin Luther King tie,” Beck said on his radio show in June. “It is the day he made that speech. I had no idea until I announced it.”
Clear Beck is NOT saying he is claiming the legacy of Martin Luther King
            Others are,..

To those predisposed because of ideological animus to dismiss the notion of the tea party movement being the true inheritors of Martin Luther King’s dream, you might as well click away now. But if you want to engage on this issue in a reasonable manner, discussing the pros and cons rationally, you are invited to read on and ponder both the irony and the efficacy of these claims as they relate to history as well as current events.

It’s an interesting effort at spin for tea party types to claim kinship with Dr. King. They in no way began the movement with that archetype in mind, nor had they expressed much interest in what engaged Dr. King and his civil rights movement. We were told it was all about “spending” and “taking the country back,” and “adherence to the Constitution.” These are, for the most part, worthy and vitally necessary issues for citizens to agitate for and against, but hardly touches the meat of what King and his followers were seeking.

Nevertheless, there are echoes of King’s social movement in the advocacy of the tea party. The goal of the civil rights movement was to open the eyes of the American people to the plight of their fellow citizens of color while agitating for a change in government policy that would help realize the goal of ending state-sponsored oppression. As for the tea party movement, it seeks to raise awareness among the American public of what they perceive to be the threat of big government while changing policy to reflect their ideals of a smaller, less intrusive government.
This is the new civil rights movement. Taking the country back for white, Christian, Patriotic Americans (victims), from Muslims, people of color, and our Kenyan/Indonesian President and his merry band of socialist/Marxists, who are moving this country towards One World Government.

Becky Benson, 56, traveled from Orlando, Fla., because, she said, “we believe in Jesus Christ, and he is our savior.” Jesus, she said, would not have agreed with what she called the redistribution of wealth…
Amen Sister, Jesus hate those who reward wickedness.

I sense racism. I have plenty of Negro friends with whom we discuss our under-class minority similarities with and praise Jesus together. They agree with us about how bad the majority atheists, gays, liberals, feminists, witches, Mexicans (AND ALL OTHER CATHOLICS), are oppressing the good God fearing white folk (or a person of any skin that is equally God fearing).

Now it's true must Negroes are getting rather uppity again these days, but try not to generalize! It's only okay to say Mexicans because they're all Satanic practicing Catholics.

Mormons are not Christians. They've strayed from the path when they started falsely believing that guy John was actually speaking for God. We all know God speaks to us every day, but the only word you should take as his ultimate truth are those documented in the Bible.

-- Edit -- by 'that guy John', I do not mean John the Baptist. I mean that guy in early American History. I am not too much on Latter Day Saint specifics. I don't care much for Satan worshiping.

Well the short answer is: Yes.

Glenn Beck, while he has good intentions and excellent conservative insight, is unfortunately, a mormon cultist.

Well the best way to view Beck is he is a TOOL for Jesus(r). By all reports Beck was a drugged crazed Catholic with a rather disgusting personality until Beck stumbled into Mormonism. So from one pagan cult to another, no big loss. Beck sin is written clear in his flesh with his freakishly small body and overly large head, freaks aren't a part of Christ's Chosen Elect.

Is is clear Christ has tapped this worthless, drug crazed low life named Beck to take the brunt of the charged against Islamo-Atheist-Fascist-Progressive menace. Beck is disgraced by the Liberal MSM slander machine or murdered by terrorists, no big deal. He just stopped a bullet for a TRUE Christian.

So by all means support Beck the Tool, but follow the example of the Godly Kotch brother and do it from behind the scenes.

I watched the entire rally on Communist-Socialist Political Action Network (C-SPAN) and it was great to see so many people out to support the right way to run our country, and also to see people praising Jesus on TV. I'm surprised that the commies didn't edit out the Christian segments that were aired.
