Did you mean the fourteenth amendment? Why don't we take a look at that?
Those are the key words there, without due process of law. Now why don't we take another look at the thirteenth amendment?
See what I'm getting at? There is nothing in the constitution that forbids slavery, involuntary servitude or the rights of the State to deprive people of life, liberty or property so long as it is done with due process of law.
Now all we need to do is get some True Christians™ in Congress and the White House and we can easily go back to Biblical law. Praise!
