Brother Bobby--As time goes on, we see ever more clearly the reasons why Newt will be a great President.

(1.)He sees so clearly the Biblical role for women, that they are expendible. We can see that from his wise decision to dump two different bad wives.

(2.) He absolutely refuses to engage in the homer behavior we see in nearly all the men in the lieberal Democratic Party.

(3.) He is a Southern Baptist, except for this temporary affiliation with the Catholics.

The future of our nation is looking better everyday.

There is news, now, that evangelical Christians are coming over the Newt. I think we at Landover Baptist can be proud we were first and provided leadership to Christians everywhere.

The new approach in the Christian community is to recall the Paul of the Bible was far worse than Newt. Paul was a sinful Jew. Newt only has this issue of cheating on an unworthy wife.

If there remain True Christians™ who are reluctant about supporting the Christian, Newt, I'd suggest you read this.

        Interesting article, Mayor.

Yes, Newt does come down on the right side of many issues:

In the years after that, Gingrich wrote two books about “Rediscovering God in America,” and produced two films with that title. He grew deeply involved in the conservative battle to unseat Iowa judges who legalized gay marriage. Gingrich’s network funneled $350,000 into an $850,000 campaign, and the campaign won.
But still, I have to quote Pastor Jeffress:

“I think there's now an evangelical tri-lemma,” says Jeffress, who still backs Perry but doesn’t have illusions about his current electoral oomph. “Do you vote for a Mormon who's had one wife, a Catholic who's had three wives, or an Evangelical who may have had an entire harem?”
How about "none of the above"?

Sorry, Mayor. I can't vote for a man (Newt) who openly rejected God for the sake of a mere woman.

Rick Santorum is looking better and better!

The main thing that worries me about Newt is the size of his head. I mean, it's like KENNEDY big.

Might be a good idea to check his genealogy.

That's a fair point, but which is worse, someone who prays to Mary and worships crackers because he honestly believes it's right, or someone who was Baptist and publicly spurned Jesus?

I'm not sure which would bring the greater wrath upon this once-great nation!

Of course, the Muslim is surely worse than any of them, so I guess we will have to vote for the eventual nominee.

Re: Nuet Gingrich May be Our Guy.

Tonight was the last debate before the Iowa caucus. I was going to go downtown and watch, but I stayed at the office too long and just watched at home.

We can be proud of our guy Newt. The others kept coming after him for all the money he earned consulting for the Federal Government businesses, Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac. They said he should not have taken money from them when he now says he wants them eliminated.

Newt fired back. He explained that he did very little for all the money he received. I don't see how anyone can fault him. We all want a smaller government. How better to achieve that than making it go broke by taking its money?

                    Newt is a brilliant guy.

Yes but Newt has a lot a baggage. I mean, a LOT! How can he possibly make it through the next 11 months carrying all that? What he needs is an assistant to lift his luggage. I hear they're very popular with the older gentlemen.

Yes, Little, Newt has a little of what you call baggage. But, he completely won over Christians with his remarks at the Cornerstone Church, San Antonio, TX, last March.

"I am convinced if we do not win this struggle over the nature of America" his grandchildren will live "in a secular atheist country, potentially one dominated by radical Islamists..."

Newt, with his powerful intellect, is the only candidate that understands if a person is an atheist, he is also an Islamist. We need a President with his insight.

Mayor Hold, I have had my misgivings about Newt. But some of your comments may be swaying me to his side:

I believe this is what is now called the Cloward-Piven-Gingrich strategy; overload the system by directing as much money as possible to the private sector, until the private sector is able to stage a hostile takeover of the public sector!

Perhaps Newt Gingrinch would do well to consider Mitt Romney as a running mate or adviser; after all, Mitt's years of experience in hostile takeovers and mergers with Bain Capital could really come in handy!

That is another excellent point. We really can't stress this enough: Secular atheists can't wait to bow to Mecca daily, under Sharia Law!

I am starting to like Newt more and more.

Gingrich says he'd arrest judges who go against Christian views

In a half-hour phone call with reporters yesterday, GOP presidential contender Newt Gingrich warned that as president he would abolish courts whose judges make decisions that are out of step with fundamentalist Christian views.
“Are we forced for a lifetime to keep someone on the bench who is so radically anti-American that they are a threat to the fabric of the country?” Gingrich asked reporters. “What kind of judge says you’ll go to jail if the word ‘invocation’ is used? If this isn’t a speech dictatorship, I’d like you to show me what one looks like.”

A friend just called me with the most important news of the Iowa Caucus campaign. I think this is just what Newt needed to push him past Wrong Paul and the Mormon God, Romney.

Newt has been endorsed by Ted Haggard.

My friend said it was OK for me to pass along this site, but please don't tell a lot of people until Newt makes the announcement himself.
