How could you people let Mitt Romney win the Iowa caucuses? How is this even possible?

Just look at these results:

Hormone Cain got 58 votes! He's not even running!

Buddy Roemer got 31 votes! I don't even know who that is!

No Preference got 135, with Other close behind with 117.

If all these people who voted for people who aren't running, or who took the time to show up to say, "Gee, I dunno", had voted for Rick Santorum, he would have won with a comfortable margin.

You people let a Mormon win!

And how did you do that? Yes, I know that Freehold County went to Santorum, and some of you did your best to spread Santorum around the state. But it seems your best wasn't good enough. And why? Because even members of Landover were praying and voting for the Catholic adulterer!

Fess up, people. Who of you voted for Newt last night?

Johny Joe Hold, I know you were pushing for him. And Bobby-Joe, too. That's two votes that could have helped Mitt slip on Santorum. Who else?

I am so mad right now, I could spit! You people and your "I love Newt" routine could well lead to the Presidential battle of the millenium, the Muslim vs. the Mormon!

Michele Bachmann quits presidential race following poor showing in Iowa

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa--Michele Bachmann announced her exit from the presidential race Wednesday morning following a sixth-place finish in the first-in-the-nation caucus state of Iowa.
"Last night, the people of Iowa spoke with a very clear voice. And so I have decided to stand aside," the Republican representative from Minnesota told reporters during a morning media availability here at the Marriott hotel.
Despite Bachmann's extensive, last-minute tour to visit all 99 of Iowa's counties, her first place finish in the Aug. 13 straw poll, and the state being her place of birth, Iowa Republican caucus voters rejected Bachmann's campaign, handing her 6,073 votes on caucus night--5 percent of the total votes cast in Tuesday night's caucuses.
As recently as Tuesday evening, Bachmann was dismissing questions about whether a poor finish in Iowa would prompt her immediate departure from the race, saying her campaign's travel tickets were already booked for South Carolina--her next major campaign stop after largely passing over New Hampshire, which holds its primary on Tuesday, Jan. 10.
But communications director Alice Stewart told reporters following the news conference that conversations began last night about whether to continue the campaign and the congresswoman asked for time to "sleep on it" and "pray about it." Stewart said she was awakened early Wednesday morning with the news.
Stewart rejected the suggestion that campaign finance challenges factored into the congresswoman's decision.
"She doesn't see where she made mistakes," Stewart said. "None of us, you know, see where there were mistakes made." In response to question about how her campaign dropped from her high at the Ames Straw Poll, Stewart noted that there were fewer candidates in the race at that time.
The congresswoman has not yet discussed whether she will run for re-election in Minnesota, Stewart said.

Were I interested in politics I would have gone and voted for Sperman Cain purely for the entertainment value.

Praise the sweet Name of the Baby Jesus Brother Enoch, finally I've found someone around here that agrees with me. At first I was willing the give Newt some benefit of the doubt, but let's face it – he has changed religions about as many times as he's changed wives.

There is no way that Jesus is going to tolerate a cathylick in the White House – you might as well change the address to 666 Pennsylvania Avenue and install the hot lines directly to the Vatican. Let me remind everyone the last time a cathylick was in the White House – it was 1960 when JFK stole the election from Godly Republican Richard Nixon (due to voter fraud in Chicago – the same place Obama is from I might add).

We've all had to suffer through over 40 years of conspiracy theories when in fact it was Jesus that took care of that little problem.

I still don't know what to think of Wrong Paul, his lack of commitment to killing mooselimbs bothers me. Then there is still Rick Perry – a Methodist, straight through the lineage from the Anglicants to the cathylicks.
