Now I do agree women shouldn't be over men in some places. Like in a church. Men should be over women in the church. There are also other instances where women can be under men..but...there are instances where women can be over men and it not be against the Bible.

Ok, so here we go. I looked it up, like I originally should have, and found you're right, its not Biblical. But, let me explain where I got that idea. I grew up in a Baptist church. I first accepted Christ after an AWANA's meeting. (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed, taken out of Timothy). The person who was speaking that night gave the metaphorical example of being washed with the blood of Jesus and becoming as white as snow. That's where I got that, all who were wondering.

I kinda felt like you were twisting things around. Looking back, I guess you really didn't. Though in my opinion, you are taking a few verses out of the Bible that makes it sound like you're right, and leaving other verses out. Like you said that God has a set of rules we need to follow and things like that...agreed. But there are also places and example where with love, Jesus led people to him. I have found it more effective to Love people into the Kingdom, than to guilt them.

Actually, I'm not falsely prophesying here. I'm just pointing out a few things that I think you guys missed. I have heard the parable of the man on the rock, and the man on the sand. My house has been built on the rock, which is Jesus.

You're right, not everyone is going to go to Heaven. That's why we have the great commission. (Matthew 28:19) But...there is a right way to do it, and a wrong way to do it. When you let those rules and regulations totally take over and beat people over the head with it, I do seriously believe that less people will come to Christ. Now, when you say, "Yes, you are a sinner. But God loves you, He loves you so much that He made a way for your sins to be forgiven, and a way that you can spend eternity with Him." and then start giving Scripture to back that claim up, don't you think more people will come? If a person is really serious about coming to Christ, I do believe that he will automatically start following the rules that Christ laid out. Its called commitment.
