For decades, TV has been one of the devil's favorite tools for infiltrating True Christian homes and offloading armies of demons into the minds of our children!
Many times True Christians make the mistake of assuming that it's safe to watch old TV shows. Well I've got news for them! The devil was alive back then too!
One such example of "classic TV" that's a classic ticket to hell is "The Munsters!" Imagine a TV show about undead abominations all living in the same house, brought together by the dark powers of the occult!
"The Munsters" is filled with dangerous subliminal messages, all designed by satan to mislead people away from GOD and towards the occult. There is also a lot of canned laughter, because the executive producer (satan) knew that it would help soften the blow of this horrifying occult recruiting tool. Oh yes, eternal enslavement to the dark side is so funny, lucifer!
This family of demons and monsters is portrayed as though they were a normal white family living in suburbia during the GODly 1950s. They work, they play, they go to school. BUT THIS IS THE devil's TRICKERY! It is a plan to make us think that the occult is harmless, and that we can participate in its darkness without consequences!
WRONG!
What does GOD say about the occult? Let's have a look:
Dueteronomy 18:10-13:
(10)There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.
(11)Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits [Grandpa Munster has a pet bat I think; probably his familiar], or a wizard, or a necromancer.
(12)For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.
(13)Thou shalt be perfect with the LORD thy God.
Does any of that sound like "The Munsters"? I didn't think so. Philippians 4:8 tells us to look at things that are lovely and nice. Does this look lovely or nice?
NO! THESE PEOPLE ARE IN HELL NOW! (The ones that are still alive are on their way!)
So what happens to people who ignore GOD's commands to avoid all forms of the occult like the plague? Let's look:
Leviticus 26:15-16
(15)And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:
(16)I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.
As always, the Bible teaches us that if we want to be happy and prosperous, we must do what GOD says, or He will come and get us!
