God created mankind in His image. Not just whites. All of mankind. Jesus is God and was born into a Jewish community, I can say with almost certainty that He would have had Jewish features. Unless He was an albino or had redish-ginger hair. But the Bible makes no mention of that nor does any other document so we can assume He had dark skin and hair.
