I am not a big fan of Rev. Jerry Falwell's liberal politics and soft-on-sin approach to religion, but the homer atheists have been ripping Rev. Falwell apart even before the body has reached room temperature. Read the transcript of what a smelly, boozed-up Christopher Hitchens said about the Reverend last night on CNN:

HITCHENS: The empty life of this ugly little charlatan proves only one thing: that you can get away with the most extraordinary offenses to morality and to truth in this country if you will just get yourself called Reverend.

Who would, even at your network, have invited on such a little toad to tell us that the attacks of September the 11th were the result of our sinfulness and were God's punishment if they hadn't got some kind of clerical qualification?

People like that should be out in the street, shouting and hollering with a cardboard sign and selling pencils from a cup.

What a fool that Hitchens is.. Of course God allowed 9/11 to happen because of America's sinfulness!

As brother Fred Phelps so eloquently puts it:

Those atheists heathens seem to believe that God will not punish the wicked, but things like this is just more undeniable proof of His wrath.

What staggers me is how these false Christians and Atheist say Falwell is damned because Falwall preached hate, not the Falwell is damned because he didn't preach enough of it like Jesus wants. This just shows you were Falwell was the fool by being kind of patient with the unsaved, in repayment they will spit and desecrate his body.

And let's not remember that he had to get Satan's dogs, the Moonies, to bail him out of debt. It's impossible to say what kind of a hellish bargain they struck, but my guess is that "Reverend" Moon is probably feasting on Falwell's sweet white flesh right now.

And Brother Worthington, in future could you please ensure you don't end any more of your posts with quotes from atheists? It gives me a nasty feeling inside when I see vile Godless hatespeech followed by the word "GLORY!"
