people like the people in this forum are why i left a christian school. I was told i would go to hell if i listened to DMB and told i was a pot smoking white trash hippie becasue i listened to phish. I just wanted to say God doesn't send you to hell for listening to a certain type of music and he doesnt hate you if you even kill someone because God forgives

first of all, you people are a bunch of crazy god damn elitist god loving jerks. im not exactly sure if this whole thing is a joke or not, but it is completely disrespectful. dave matthews is one of the most talented singers and writers out there, and you guys just bash him like he is satanic. it is truly sick to see what some of you people say. seriously, you are a bunch of one sided jerks that get high off of being snide. ill finish it off with some dave quotes

I am a Christian, and I sincerely hope this site is a complete joke. Jesus would be appalled at how some of you have taken his living, breathing word. Liking a band is grounds for a sentence to hell? What Bible have you been reading? DMB is a great band, and their music has touched my life. Oh well, I guess that means my faith is moot. God's down with that, isn't he? Could you point out the scripture that says "thou shalt listen to the Dave Matthews Band"? I've read the Bible front to back many times, I don't remember seeing it.

As for liking a band is grounds to sending you to hell, well yes, you seem to be able to put your love of Jesus aside for your love of a band. Do you think Jesus likes that? It would be like cooking with nuts when your husband is allergic tells your husband that you love nuts more than him.
