My opinion is that anything that is dishonest will be a cause of hate, and so cause sin and suffering to other people, even if it is a song. Another thing is, if people do not want to share the spotlight, 'want it for themselves', that will cause them to lash out. I've only seen concert DVDs but I see both A LOT, like bad chemistry in a band, where they hurt each by way of mean looks etc and have a problem when the crowd gets 'too' excited, because it steals their "thunder" or however they perceive, 'their day'. When that happens, it's sinful. It is obvious to me. It is an expression of selfishness and hate. Bad things are bad. And Christians are right in calling those aspects of entertainment very bad, a bad influence, because those that imitate it start to spread hate in the world as well. If you can take that out of entertainment, I think it would be okay actually, but my insights are still limited by my young age, so maybe there are sinful aspects I've overlooked so far.

My perspective, for what it's worth..
