Well, for all practical purposes, wasn't Australia founded by criminals? If you're ancestors couldn't follow secular law, how could you follow Biblical Law?

Do you not realise that Australia is actually a country that was developed as a new country that many emigrated to. Convict descendants only take up about 1% of our population.

I'm quite happy with how I practice my religious beliefs, thankyou.

Again, I repeat, Australia is a country made up of many different nationalities. English convicts only make up about 1% of all descendants... and that was before we were even a complete nation (established in 1900 and by that time convicts were out of the picture)

Actually, most convicts did petty crimes, such as stealing a loaf of bread... most of the time simply to survive.

The topic of this thread is whether the members of Slayer are Christians or not.

After reading some of what passes for lyrics in a Slayer song, and viewing some of their imagery, I'm starting to think that they might actually be Christians. I mean, God has all of this torment planned for you in hell if you don't worship His Son, and Slayer are trying their best to describe the horrid fate that awaits you! They couldn't be good Christians if they didn't warn their fans about the torments of hell, right?

The Insane Clown Posse finally admitted that they're Christians. It wouldn't surprise me if Slayer eventually does that, too.
