Yes, I'm sure Bobby-Joe's arse IS fair and balanced (not that I would specifically know), but not for that reason.

Yes he shouldn't. It was found that Homertard was one of Glenn Murphy's homer rape gang. For those haven't heard yet Glenn Murphy is the chairman of the Young Democrats National Federation and a rising start in the Democratic Party. Seems he and his boyfriend would go around sexually assaulting men when they were asleep until the Godly FBI caught up with them.

It turns out Homertard is really Stan Murphy from Chicago. Apparently he likes to pretend he is an English underword figure as a way to stalk his victims. Homertard is now enrolled in a court ordered prison BASH program.
