    band 2 (bnd)n.

    2. (Music, other) a group of musicians playing either brass and percussion instruments only (brass band) or brass, woodwind, and percussion instruments (concert band or military band)
    3. (Music / Pop Music) a group of musicians who play popular music, jazz, etc., often for dancing
    4. (Music, other) a group of instrumentalists generally; orchestra

I guess it's a group of one? Here I always thought that was a musician or an artist.

Would it be a band if a satanic musician happened to be infused with a fleet of demons? Could this be what our viking friend is implying?

Re: What is the opinion on Christian black metal?

I haven't heard a whole lot of....uh...."black metal", but what Vage is saying does make sense, because I'm pretty sure the entire genre has the same vocalist.

He's all like, "BWUUUUUUUUUUUHHH!" and then some poor guy has a seizure at the drum set. I thought there was something wrong with the player, at first, but he said that's how it was supposed to sound. I think....maybe it's all covers of the same performance, or something?

My buddy assured me the three I heard were all seperate bands, but he may have been pulling my leg. He just got back from his tour of duty and he brought this garbage back with him, so I suspect this "music" may have roots in the middle east.

Friend, this here is the only Christian black metal I need:

Or maybe a nice Jesus rifle, like the ones made by Trijicon for the US armed forces in Iraq and Afghanistan!

Making incorrect blanket statements about a genre of music. Reeeeal intelligent.

What music do you listen to, hipster.
Only silence can be heard, silence of peoples tears.

Everyone knows black metal artists are not making their music themselves. Dabbling in both homosexuality and satanism, they summon demons and allow these to enter and possess their body, after which the demons play Satan's horrifying music, using their hands and distorting their voices. That is why these people are so uncivilized and uncouth. They have no souls, but are inhabited solely by demons.
                  Sweet Lord Jesus,
I want to pray for those who persecute me, my Lord.
Please, treat their children as you treated those of Egypt, when they upset you! (Psalm 135:8-9)
Dash their little children against the stones for their fathers iniquity! (Psalm 137:8-9)
Hit them on the cheek, and smash out their teeth! (Psalm 3:7)
Make their death and descent into Hell swift and terrible! (Psalm 55:15)
Scatter their broken bodies over the streets of their evil cities, like Benghazi, Amsterdam, Tokyo and Mecca! (Psalm 110:6)
                  Praised be Your Glorious Name™.

                  Amen.
