The piercing I had in my upperlip and in my ears I removed some time ago but you can still see the little holes.

It says not to make any cuttings or marks for the dead, but Jesus only died temporarily, not forever. So, IF I decided to get a tattoo that says "Jesus is my personal savior" or perhaps a tattoo of my favorite verse in the Bible, would that be okay or would I still be going to Hell even though all I ever wanted was to show heathens my love for God and Jesus without saying a single word.

You'd be much better screaming out your Love for Jesus from the highest tower and Evangelizing to everyone you meet.
Oh, I find tithes and Loving Donations go down really well too
