I've always had the understanding the anyone who makes light of hell has not the imagination to truly appreciete the horror of it.

In my opinion, the exciting part about an eternity in Heaven is the ability to particpate directly in the end times. If you ever get a chance to read the book of Revelations, we are promissed some exciting things when the final battle between heaven and hell goes down. After that, communing with all the followers of Christ from all time in a realm of eternal joy and praise seems like a infinite oppertunity for enrichment and satisfaction. Not to mention access to all the works and powers God grants his followers in the hereafter.
