god created man and woman in his image. Does being made in the image of god include a soul for both?

1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

They (man and woman) have dominion over all. Are man and woman equal?

Genesis 3:16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

So even if they were equal, Eve messing around with the snake screwed women royally.

Yes, the bible does go on ad nauseam about mans superiority over woman. However, if we accept that woman did have a soul at the beginning(gen1:27), I cannot find any part in the bible that specifically says that god removed the soul from the woman.

If you bothered to read the original article, you would notice that it says that we should operate under the idea that women do have souls as the more Learned men are looking into it.

Anyway, I thought you were an atheist, why would you care about my soul?

I know that nobody has a soul cause there is no such creature... but an intellectual debate, whatever the topic, is always fun.

And this one is very interesting. The fact that a religion does not even know for sure if half of its followers even has a soul is very... interesting...

Exactly! Is only unfair when people ( especiallyreligious people of some unsafe sects) what claim that they are speak for God interpret God's will in their own way and do it wrong.
