Re: Pray No One Reads "Christianity Today"
I have heard it said that, on his deathbed, Billy Graham was screaming out for Richard Dawkins to explain more about the real creation of the World, but I digress.
The worthless piece of toilet tissue going under the banner of "Christianity Today" is little more than an opinion piece for the Democrats and other fellow travellers.Oh yes, it pretends to be "intellectual" and "of the people" but its views represents nobody.
The POTUS has stated that he could "shoot someone in the street" and he'd still get the votes. As Mr Trump looks more certain than ever to take the Second Term by storm, I wonder if any of the editorial staff of the "Christianity Today" is going to stand against him.
I tell you, folks, that if one member of "Christianity Today" is found to have had a parking violation, his chances are zero!
Does anyone remember "Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye"?
Did anyone of the staff of "Christianity Today" bother to read a Bible? Our President is there to be believed and to be obeyed.
Eph 6:5-6 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;
6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
Titus 3
1Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work,
2 To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, shewing all meekness unto all men.
3 For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.
4 But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared,
5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
6 Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;
1 Peter 2:11-17
"Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul; Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation. Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme; Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well. For so is the will of God, that with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men: As free, and not using your liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as the servants of God. Honour all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king."
