  • Let's all pray for Dale and Leilani Neumann

As you all know, Dale and Leilani Neumann lost their little daughter last spring. Now the secularists are trying to kick them while they are down. All they have done is saying a prayer, and yet they are facing a possible 25 years in jail.

When Parents Call God Instead of the Doctor

On Easter Sunday of 2008, 11-year-old Kara Neumann of Weston, Wisconsin, suffered waves of nausea as she lay motionless on her deathbed, too weak to walk or speak. Kara's parents — both followers of the Unleavened Bread Ministries, an online church that shuns medical intervention — knelt in prayer beside their dying daughter. They did not call a doctor for help. A few hours later, Kara died of diabetes, a relatively common — and treatable — condition.

Within weeks, a Wisconsin state attorney brought charges of reckless endangerment against Kara's parents, Dale and Leilani Neumann. The couple protested on grounds of religious freedom, but Judge Vincent Howard of Marathon County Circuit Court ordered Mr. and Mrs. Neumann to stand trial this spring. If convicted, each faces up to 25 years in prison. Unleavened Bread Ministries immediately released a statement saying the couple is being unfairly punished for the "crime of praying."

Brothers and Sisters. The Neumanns prayed for their daughter all of her life. Now it's up to us to return the favor and pray for them.

Leave it to the LIEbral activists and judges to prosecute and persecute this poor couple suffering in their time of grief. I will be donating extra money in the collection basket this Sunday for their legal defense.

Wonderful work, Sister. Let our prayer be heard from one end of heaven to the other. Let the whole world learn what True Christianity™ is all about.

Would it be possible to add a Paypal-button to the page so Christians everywhere will have an opportunity to support our cause?

Brother Prune, this story sent a shiver down my spine.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Neumanns, even though they obviously didn't attend the right church.

They did everything right: they produced a Soldier for Christ - and were punished with a girl (that's Jesus testing them). They prayed for her until her last gasping and choking breath. God didn't listen, obviously, as an online church without the backing and blessing of a real life one (where you can hear, see, feel and be touched by the Pastors) can never work. I suspect Jesus may not have liked their last name too much either...

          Anyway.

It's for GOD to be the judge, and not some lame secular jury. I will pray for their souls - it's too late for the girl I'm afraid - and hope they will get right with God. If and when they do, there can only be one verdict: NOT GUILTY!

Do we have any dates and places yet, so we can picket the courtroom?
          Psalm 81:10:
I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt:
open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.

Right you are. Faith healing is very hands-on, both figuratively and literally:

James 5:14: Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:

That's hard to do when the elders of your church are available to you only online.
This church is dedicated to preaching True Christianity™ and the King James Bible exactly as they are, with no alterations to make them more politically correct for modern liberals. If you think that we've misquoted or twisted Scripture or quoted any verse out of context, please explain in detail how we've done so. Otherwise, if what you read on this site offends you, then you're offended by Almighty God and His Word, not by us.

You know, I am so sick and tired of filthy atheists like you who will stop at nothing to belittle anyone with Christian beliefs? What have we ever done to you? Why does our religion bother you people so much that you want to put people in jail just because they pray? Have you ever heard of rights and freedoms? Closed-minded jerks like you should be kicked out of America if you hate religious freedom so much!

Leilani is somewhat of an unusual name.

It is not like Kate, or Ethel, or Marge, at all.

                      I wonder . . . . .

Jud 1:15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are unGodly among them of all their unGodly deeds which they have unGodly committed, and of all their hard [speeches] which unGodly sinners have spoken against him.

Refering to the support web site, I see
                        Section 948.04
                        (6) TREATMENT THROUGH PRAYER. A person is not guilty of an offense under this section solely because he or she provides a child with treatment by spiritual means through prayer alone for healing in accordance with the religious method of healing permitted under s. 48.981 (3) © 4. or 448.03 (6) in lieu of medical or surgicaltreatment.
and I wonder why, as God's Law and Man's law are in agreement, that there is any case to answer.

If Godly parents wish to pray, is the State to prevent them? If a soul has been called to Glory, do we need so-called physicians interfering with God's Will?

Oh, there are those out there who will complain about the price of medical insurance and there are those who will tell of the huge profits of Pharma, but do they resort to God? No! Yet His offer of cure is there for all and is free to those who accept Him.
