The activist judges on the US Supreme Court have dealt a blow to the Godly Birther Movement in its quest to show that the mudslime Obama is an African-born darkie.
This is an absolute tragedy and I propose we organize a march on Washington D.C., picket the Supreme Court Building, and write many letters to the editor.
I’ll immediately contact the LBC “Good Causes Committee” to see if they will let us use one of the church’s Gulfstreams, pre-book rooms at the Marriott, and provide us with a daily stipend that will allow us to do some sight-seeing during our down time. I will explain to them how costly it is to tour the Museum of Flight at the Smithsonian.
Who else is in for this? Who else wants to step forward with me and face down those judicial activists? Who else has never visited the Smithsonian?
Birther movement faces setback as Supreme Court fines Orly Taitz.
The US Supreme court has upheld a $20,000 fine against Orly Taitz of the birther movement. Taitz is the lawyer who is leading the birther movement to challenge President Barack Obama's citizenship.
On Monday the Supreme court refused to block a federal judge's October 2009 ruling that required California lawyer and dentist Orly Taitz to pay the $20,000 fine for filing frivolous litigation. According to the case, Taitz attempted to misuse the federal courts to push a political agenda. She was sued in Georgia's federal court on behalf of Army Capt. Connie Rhodes.
The Army Capt. sought to avoid deployment to Iraq by claiming Obama wasn't born in the United States. The first request was rejected by Justice Clarence Thomas. The second sanction was blocked by Justice Samuel Alito.
Taitz currently owns dental practices in nearby Mission Viejo and Rancho Santa Margarita. She has three sons, holds a second degree black belt in Taekwondo, and speaks five languages: English, Hebrew, Romanian, Russian and Spanish.
Prior to her current exposure, she was personally involved in 22 lawsuits in Orange County civil court. She was quoted in the Orange County Register in 2006 supporting Israeli military actions against Hamas and Hezbollah, and downplaying the impact of the espionage trial of two American Israel Public Affairs Committee staffer.
