Kaitlyn hasn't hurt anyone, something that doesn't hurt anyone shouldn't be a crime. Age of consent laws are arbitrary, that's why they're different in each state. There is no evidence that consensual sex before a certain age is harmful.

She has hurt an innocent girl by converting her to the lesbian death-style.
