Are you really serious??? www.landoverbaptist.org/news1007/zerowiccans.html is an abomination in it's self. Do you really believe everything that you spew? I really do hope that you are just one of those get rich preachers that seem to be overwhelming these "godless days" as you put it. Actually you must be, as to quote you "There is not enough turpentine in this county to wash their godless poop from the soles of our expensive shoes!" I wish that it was required by law, religious or otherwise, before anyone could speak before a mass of people that they be educated before doing so. Maybe if you went through a theology course at a local Christian College, you would know that even using God's name in that blubbering mess you call ministry, is a sacrilege.
Another thing, maybe you should read up on "The Nicene Creed," it might teach you a bit about the religion you are supposedly worshiping. The idea of religion is and will always be on debate from now till eternity, but I do hope that the people doing the fighting, which ever side they may be on, will not be the stock you come from.
I personally, have spent my entire adult life amidst religion. From Buddhism to Wicca, Christianity to Catholicism, I have learned and understood one simple fact. Religion is created through absorption. Wicca by far predates Christianity, and therefore when looking at the rites, or rituals of Christianity you can see how it came to be with some knowledge on the subject of wicca. I'll give you one tidbit to chew at your brain in hopes that you will get off your propaganda stool and learn something. Why would the farmers be in their fields in the middle of December (WINTER, AT NIGHT) and glance at the sign(constellations fortelling future sounds like Astrology to me, ahhh devil worship!!!) of the "miracle birth." They would not. Christmas was absorbed from wicca's hollowed days (sounds kinda like holidays doesn't it?) Yule. A celebration of the time when The Goddess gives forth again to the birth of the Divine Sun child who shall be both child and eventually lover and father of the next child in the cycle. Winter Solstice, or Yule, for pagans is a time of feasting and the exchanging of gifts and is the original Holiday that the Christian religions modified into their own Christmas, even up to the birth of the child (Most theologians who have spent time studying the birth of Jesus admit he was born in either March or April, not the celebrated Christmas date we all know from the standard calendar - it was moved to this date to help induce Pagans to give up their old ways yet allow them their holidays during the spread of Christianity).
There is but one belief that hopefully all will clutch, especially you and those you have corrupted, "An it harm none do what ye will."
