Here's a Japanese document to help you determine proper skirt length. Your skirt is TOO SHORT if the panties can be seen from a seated position five feet from your partner.

Well.. that depends on the occasion and personal choice, if women wants to wear then she can wear, but she should not be forced for that....
Second thing which is important for me in wearing any dress is whether it suits to a person or not,if it suits to her personality then she should definitely wear it, otherwise avoid wearing that, as we all know that everything doesn't suits to everybody.

The Jesus debate doesn't require you to like him. I think that if Jesus did what the bible said he did he was a good man. I for one haven accepted him "into my heart" because I am not convinced that he A)was real was the son of a god C)that god is real. I like Santa Claus but I don't think he's real either.
