    Where have you been? There are quite a few proceedures that require drilling into the skull of the patient.

        Good point. I meant just drilling a hole into a person's head without the proper precautions.

            Are you really that retarded as to think we drill holes in someones head for fun?
            We do it to get rid of the demons residing in said persons head.

            First you drill a hole and then you apply a vaccum to suck those little buggers out.
            As far as I know this method has a very high success rate too.
