Thank you Pastor for stepping in and opening my eyes. I got so caught up in trying to understand this nut job that I lost track of where I was. I both pity and am insulted by this womens husband. I pity him for having to have a severly disturbed person to come home to. I am insulted by his obviously being a Homer in the Military. I guess they deserve each other. Thank God and goodness there will be no reproduction from them!

I wouldn't exactly say I'm sassy and irreverent. More like independent. Why is that a bad thing? As far as these episodes you are referring to, God gave us emotions because he knew we would need them. I am perfectly capable of exercising self control when called for, but not when I'm at home. I'm not a child, but the type of treatment you and these other guys are talking about is for small children.

You seem to be lacking a sense of humor. Is it everyone in your town or just you? My pranks usually only occur on Mischief Day here in our town. That is always Oct 30, and it's all in good fun. The first time I went down the street to the dairy and got a small bag of manure and hid it in his truck. It smelled really bad, and he had no idea why. It was days before he found it. That was completely harmless, though the next year may not have been, as he explained to me. He said blacking out his sunglasses could have made him have a wreck, but I truly didn't think about that. Anyhow, I told him I was sorry. This Friday, I haven't decided what to do. He will be expecting something, for sure. Maybe a rubber snake in his lunchbox for a laugh, or perhaps a fake bill showing my shopping spree for $5000, I don't know.

My husband is out of town right now on a business trip, which is why I have all this time on my hands. I need to start working on making popcorn balls for the trick-or-treaters, but I can start it tomorrow. I frequently feel like I don't have enough do during the day, so I've spent a lot of time just surfing the net. I know, not very constructive...

Everything is relative. Independent means you can take care of yourself. Irreverent means you do not care about those about you. Your behavior is of the latter though you feebly attempt to claim you are the prior.

If your behavior is being tolerated, I feel sorry for those around you. Where I live, people behave in a manor of respect for others. God has taught us to care for others welfare. I am not entertained by playing pranks on other people. That is just cruel. Many people are too polite to state what is really on their mind. When a prank is played on them, they laugh along with you because they do not want to upset you, they are being sensitive to your feelings even though, it is obvious you do not care about theirs. You are acting like a child and I am surprised no adults have corrected your bad behavior.

Ah, you have the 'issue'. Do not take this the wrong way but I am not completely surprised by this revelation. Have you ever taken the time to think that maybe there is a reason for lack of child bearing ability? You come across as fairly sassy and irreverent, certainly not how the Bible says a woman should be. I would not in the least bit be surprised if this were God's way of 'ending the madness" as it is. Though it may also be a punishment for something your husband had done or is doing. We are on this earth solely to do God's will, multiply and be fruitful. You need to find out the real reason for failing in that basic requirement. Everything happens for a reason, that is God's will.

Ma'am, I do not argue. I state facts. You can do what ever you want in life. As a True Christian™, it is my desire to have everyone follow His Word. That is the primary purpose of this website, that you came to. We did not drag you here, place toothpicks in your eyes and crazy glue on your fingers, hold a gun to your head and tell you to spill the beans. You did using your free will. The points I have been making over and over is that you know you have this free will and you use it for your entertainment and not for the good of God. Then when you get called on your folly, you go into one of your admitted 'episodes'.

The problem isn't my husband; he's fine. All the women in my family have been challenged in that way, but have usually been successful with clomid. I'm the exception, and I feel like my heart is breaking. I know that God has a wonderful plan for me, and I hope that includes a baby. People with children can't understand what this is like.

Why do you make disparaging remarks about everyone? You remind me of my little brother when he was in college. He was taking philosophy and had a bad habit of turning every conversation into an argument. He had to win at everything and his opinion was the only one that mattered. It's your way or the highway. No one wants to talk to someone who is so full of themselves that they can't allow for the opinions of others or have a serious conversation.

You say that you are on this forum to help others. Since you are talking to me, I assume from your comment that you think I need help in some way. What do you think would help me?

I am no alpha male or any of that childish BS. I have a double masters from Princeton. I grew up in a very privileged family. Just a fact. I was only commenting like I did because you stated I was ignorant. I imagine your mouth gets you in trouble with lots of folks. Just many people just bite their tongue and walk away. I try to help people improve themselves. One of the reasons I am on this form. I say what is on my mind. I do not lie. I have no agenda, hidden or otherwise.

Well, you are over 30, so you could of had a kid at 15 and that child could of also had a child when she was fifteen. I know a girl who is a grandma at age 28 though she cheated, she married into it.
Sorry to hear your husband shoots blanks. Though I am not surprised based on the other comments you've made about him. Have you ever thought about having his testosterone checked? A low level would explain a lot of what you said about him.

It's not boasting if it's a fact. I'm proud of my husband. Our whole family is military. My mom was a nurse who served in Vietnam and my dad spent 85% of every year on a nuclear submarine. My brother just got back from Iraq. My husband's parents were both in the Navy. You're right - we all have to do what we can and I proudly support all those who have served, past and present.

I also agree with your signature statement that Atheists are wrong. How could anyone look at the earthly beauty our Lord has provided for us to enjoy, and not believe He is real?
