1. If you have read previous posts in this thread, you would already have found the answer.
2. The upper banner of this forum says: "unsaved unwelcome." You didn't obey that either. Rather hypocritical, then, to call out the women on posting somewhere where they aren't supposed to do that, if you yourself fail to obey forum rules as well.

Oh, it shows just text.
Images and smileys are blank or shows ALT text if defined. Thats because my phone operator count me every byte downloaded, so i had to turned them off.

But I checked this top banner and it really says that unsaved are unwelcome! That's ok, I not need to be welcome until I open myself on Introduction forum etc.
But women are not unwelcome, but not allowed here

But I think I understand how this "women no allowed" stuff works.
In my life I have some touch with Catholics, and they have many kinds of rules, they can no obey if they ask Pope or somebody important, to give them dispensation.
So women are generally not allowed, until they ask some Babtist-Pope™, to let them do what they want, is it?

Salvation does not come to those who seek salvation. You should know that salvation comes to those who have faith in god, not faith in their own ability to achieve salvation.

This church has never preached the heresy of salvation through works. We know that salvation is through faith. Nonetheless, faith is more than just belief:

James 2:19: Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

Instead, true faith, to have any saving power, requires response:

Matt. 7:21: Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Of course, the will of the Father is what the Bible says it is. Yet you criticize us for following the Bible and exhorting others to do the same.

Finally, as for judging, that is addressed in the thread that you were supposed to read before posting.
