The "missionary position" is just so named because the missionaries used that position when converting the barbaric heathens in the olden days. These savage races watched animals do it, so they resorted to the dirty "doggy style" position. The missionaries said "No, that is not clean! Here is how you do it." and showed the savages.

I have to admit to having worn out my back thru years of backbreaking work including 40 years of tile-and-grout work and on the side I hung sheet-rock to supplicate my pay.

Secondly, I question your use of the word "everyone". That could easily be construed to imply more than two people are involved.
